Because of the current market, I asked for a recommendation for the most aggressive realtor in the area and was given Seaver Sisler’s name. From the moment i contacted him, he was always immediately responsive. Seaver went above and beyond in helping me find my house. He made a stressful process painless and was with me every step of the way. He was very knowledgeable about the area I was looking in and helped me navigate through some difficult negotiation. I definitely recommend.

Kelly did such an amazing job and made the home buying experience quick and easy. She knew what I was looking for and found exactly that with a quickness. She worked very hard and I am an extremely happy customer!

Deborah Laudicina is more than just an great realtor, she is an amazing person that ensures her clients are well informed, educated on the process, attended to promptly when requests and needs are brought forward, but most importantly that everyone is 100% satisfied and comfortable. Finding the perfect home for our family was a process as our specific needs vs wants were often conflicting; however, Deborah made it happen time and time again with providing different homes to see, building our profile for what we need and finding the perfect place to call home. Throughout the duration of our search she always remained confident our previous home would be a quick sell and at a substantiated price point far beyond my expectations. She was right as always. Within 45 minutes of listing we had confirmed showings and even repeat showings within 24 hours. Malachi helped us sell an investment home in Rockford. He made the transition easy as he handled all of the details so that we could focus on our family and our work. He was able to answer all the questions that I had and got back to me almost immediately regardless of the time or day. He knows the market well, was able to make excellent recommendations and give referrals when needed to people who know their job well just like he does. He took care of everything…even our morning coffee the day we signed paperwork early. I can’t imagine working with anyone else! She answered any and all questions I ever had about a property at any time of the day!
