I found Mike Long to be very knowledgeable of the marketing area. He is a tireless worker and very responsive with returning all phone calls promptly. Common sense goes a long way in matching buyer and seller and making a deal come to fruition.

Alisa Patterson is the most professional agent with whom I have worked. Her knowledge of the local market is excellent. Alisa worked tirelessly to promote my property and followed up with me after each showing with honest comments and often suggestions for future showings. We are delighted to share our experience with Kathleen Kline who recently acted as our Real Estate representative. We have re-located from Arizona to Rockford, IL. where we had previously lived. This was accomplished with very little cost to ourselves. The home warranty has given us peace of mind knowing we won't incur any major expenses in the future. Kathleen is a wonderful Real Estate agent as well as a genuinely great person. She continues to be a resource for us as well as a good friend. We meet Steve going through an open house on a Sunday afternoon. Steve instantly is a likable guy. He was so easy to talk to and willing to help us when we were ready. A month or so after meeting Steve, we called him and asked for his help in buying a new home. He scheduled a tour to fit our schedule and drove us to each home that we had interest in, he is so accommodating! We found a home that we loved. Steve helped us fill out the paperwork and the rest is history! I feel very fortunate that we found Steve and that he is such an amazing Realtor!!
