The staff are happy working there and it shows by the way they treat their patients, each other, and the respect they have for Dr. Lines. I wouldn't go anywhere else - they absolutely are the BEST!!

Excellent service and great staff! Kathy is an amazing dental hygienist who is thorough and gentle. Debra is very caring and really works to accommodate your schedule when you work hectic hours, etc. Doctor Lines keeps you calm and relaxed throughout the entire visit. I would recommend his office to anyone!

I have been a patient of Dr Lines for about 12 years. My 3 and 5 year old sons are now patients also. Dr Lines is very caring and personable. When I have needed treatment he has been patient, and he takes the time to explain the procedure and answer any questions. He has always put me at ease. Dr Lines has an excellent staff. The reception staff are always kind and friendly. On numerous occassions they have helped me to reschedule my appointment due to a schedullung conflict. My hygienist, Karen, is always concerned for my comfort. The practice even offers nice touches like hot scented wash clothes and a toy treasure chest for the kids. My boys are actually excited to go to the dentist! I recommend Dr Lines to my friends and colleagues. The practice is exceptional.

Best dentist in Albuquerque! I no longer dread going to the dentists. The assistants and office staff are all very nice. Karen the dental hygienist is wonderful. They are very gentle when working and do all they can to ensure that you are relaxed and that you feel no pain. I recommend Dr. Lines to anyone who is looking for a dentist!

My appointment was May 14th at 2:00pm. All the staff there was very in tune with me as a patient. they were very gentle and seemed genuinely concerned about my well being, from getting exrays on my teeth to the cleaning and the concern about my bite. they worked with me very closely, I felt like they had done a really good job in listening to my concerns and was able to resolve my concern about my bite. They should be commended. I want to thank them all for being very attentive to me as a patient. THANK YOU ALL!!!
