This Memorial Center is simply the BEST. They are a class act from the beginning to the end. They have provided their care and concern for six of our dearly loved fur babies. They provide a place for you to grieve with no rush or any other insensitive issues. Perhaps most importantly they provide an "ear" for you to talk to someone if that is part of your healing. This is a family business and every member of the family is a true GEM, as well as the other wonderful people who are employed there. Also,they ONLY do INDIVIDUAL cremations, meaning it's JUST YOUR pet that is cremated, no other pets are joined with yours. Which to me is VERY important...and sacred. You won't regret using them to prepare your loved one. Trust me.

We’ve used your facility in the past and I’ve personally used you twice in the past month. Every single person I have interacted with is kind and compassionate. My brother and I left the vet after putting his dog to sleep and I got a call several hours later from dreamland saying that they had my brothers dog and he was safe with them. That meant so much to me, knowing he was not laying alone on a table at the vet. I appreciated that call. Then, when you pick up your pet, they also explain everything and I just find everyone to be very caring, sympathetic, and compassionate. Our dogs are our children, so We appreciate the kindness. My girl gypsy rose passed on a Saturday and the vet had already made arrangements to have a man pick her up on his "route" and I said absolutely not, she was going to Dreamland because she was my best friend, protector and a service animal. I wanted MY baby back, not comingled cremains of other pets. I saw firsthand the respect they showed for my daughter's cat Fred in 2015 and they cared for her mother in law last year when she passed. Wesley came in on Saturday and waited for me to drive from Calhoun to Acworth and he let me talk, talk about how hurt I am, how much she means to me. These are the kindest people and they will be caring for me when it's my time. I saw how my girl was handled when she was removed from my truck and I have no doubt that she was handled in a respectful manner throughout the process. I went to get her cremains and was met immediately after entering the building, escorted to a waiting area and my girl was brought to me by a very nice young man who showed me her hair clippings, footprint and cremains box, a beautiful box and exactly what I wanted. I was asked if I had questions and escorted to the door when I was ready to leave. I couldn't imagine leaving her anywhere else and feeling so at ease and comfortable with my decision. Response to her passing was immediate and I am so glad that I have no doubt that I have my girl and only my girl. I highly recommend Dreamland to any family that expects quality care, respect with dignity for their family members, be they human or fur babies. Our experience with Dream Land was so caring and compassionate. Being new to Marietta, we did not know who to contact but Dr. Riley took care of recommending them and having our Ziggy picked up by them. They were very caring and professional when they called me and when we picked up his ashes at Dream Land. When we walked in and were greeted by Wade we knew we had chosen the best. As animal lovers especially dogs they are not just pets but family and we appreciated so much the lock of his hair and his paw print. When the time comes we will use them again but we hope it will be a long time from now. We also were glad to hear about their long history in the funeral home business and will chose the adjacent facility owned by the family for ourselves when the time comes. Thank you Dream Land for taking care of our boy so lovingly and for showing such kindness to us.

Everything was great. Prices are higher than competitors. Pick up hours are a little difficult for working pet parents. But, no complaints about staff or services.

We were more than pleased with Dream Land. The day our precious Howie passed away, Wade was prompt with his response to our needs. He was courteous, compassionate and helpful. We would most certainly recommend Dream Land.

Dream Land's partnership with Paws, Whiskers and Claws veterinary made it very easy for me to make decisions regarding the cremation of my sweet cat, Stella. The Dream Land representatives were very prompt with their communication and always kind and sensitive. I was touched that they snipped some of Stella's fur and made an imprint of her paw as a keepsake. I did not know that this was a part of the service and I just love it. The brochure given to me "Remembering Your Loved One" also has been a big help. It's been a heartbreaking time, but Dream Land's services, attention and care made it easier to bear. Thank you.

Saying goodbye to a pet who has been your best friend is one of the hardest things to do. And we've had to do this twice in the past six weeks. The folks at Dream Land were so kind and considerate to us. From the first phone call to let us know our loved ones were picked up from the vet and in good care, to the interactions when we came to retrieve their ashes, everyone at Dream Land made us feel comforted. We are so grateful for you and the wonderful service you provide.

Dream Land Pet Memorial was a source of comfort during an incredibly painful time. Having not experienced this process, we had many questions and each person I spoke with was very patient, informative and sympathetic. While we didn’t want to “let our pet go,” we felt comforted knowing these kind people were taking care of him. The keepsake and urn options are high quality and are a beautiful reminder of beloved dog.

There are no words to fully express just how wonderful the staff at Dream Land Pet Memorial Center was in their handling the cremation service for our little boy, Bogey. They were very kind, patient, professional and compassionate. When the time comes for our other pets, we will without a doubt choose them and refer them to anyone needing their services. You guys were awesome. This is the 2nd time that we have used you. You guys helped us through a very difficult time. We had 2 boxers - they were sisters - always together. You were so sweet to help us put both of them together in one keepsake box once the 2nd one passed. Everyone there is very kind.

I decided Frankie, my 18 y/o terrier would pass peacefully at home. The doctor that came to our home made arrangements with Dream Land. I will be forever grateful to her for selecting Dreamland. Michael was at the house at exactly the time he was scheduled. He arrived with a dog bed and brown sherpa blanket. When Frankie passed I placed his body on the bed and Michael gently covered him with the blanket. Michael was soft spoken and patience as I said my good byes. He assured me Frankie would be cremated individually. I asked if they could take Frankie's remains to the vet's office and they assured me it would be no problem. I received a call from Michael on the day he took Frankie to the vet's office to let me know that Frankie was there. At one of the saddest times of my life there was comfort that Frankie, who had given so much to me was being treated with compassion, respect and dignity. I drove from S.C. to bring my precious baby to be cremated because I knew that he would be treated with respect and dignity. I was also blown away by the kindness of staff that went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable and comforted during this difficult time. The facility is beautiful, clean, warm and welcoming. I will never trust anyone else with my babies!

The death of a fur-baby is never something you want to think about and when it happens can be so devastating to the family. DreamLand understands that this is not just some dog, but a member of your family. They react with compassion and sympathy and help you and the rest of the family through a difficult time. Dreamland was very kind and thoughtful when it came to cremating our sweet dog. The process was very easy and we know our Emma was treated with respect and kindness!!

Dreamland took very good care of us and Lucy, my parents' 11 year old boxer who was their companion and protector if the grandkids. Shewas loved by us all and the memorial that Dreamland helped us create definitely reflected that. With an unexpected late stage Lymphoma diagnosis the week before Christmas, we were devastated and feeling hopeless. They were able to help me work through things in advance so we could plan the best way to honor Lucy with the dignity she deserved. When she was euthanized, they coordinated with our vet, and picked her up promptly, and called us to confirm as soon as they picked her up, about 20 minutes after she passed away. They have very good safeguards that stay with the pet through the whole process. It is clear each pet and pet family is treated with respect and given their utmost individual attention. The wooden box holding her cremated remains is beautiful and high quality. They took great care with the fur clippings and the pawprint. This was our first time with Dreamland and our first experience with cremation. They stayed in contact through the whole process, and Lucy's remains and mementos were returned in a very timely manner.
