Thank you so much for taking care to make our fur baby’s passing more bearable. The compassion showed us really appreciated. The box is beautiful and having a little piece of her fur and paw print is something for us to cherish.

The entire staff at Dream Land was so kind, gentle, and respectful to me, and with my cat. I appreciated that the employee who met me after hours handled him gently and with understanding that he was a member of my family, and not just an object. He did not rush me as I said my goodbyes, and I felt safe in the knowledge that I would receive my own kiddy's ashes, and they would handle him respectfully throughout the whole process. This was important to me, as it was difficult to leave him behind. When I arrived to pick up his ashes, I was also treated with kindness and an understanding that this is a difficult time. In a very difficult time, I was so impressed with their service from start to finish. This was worth the drive, the peace of mind I was given.

Kevin, I am so very sorry that I didn't respond about my experience with Dream Land when I received your first email.I have had such a hard time over losing my little guy Luke. My experinece with you and the young lady who first helped me was so kind and understanding and without having it said, I also knew that both of you really cared about my loss of Luke. I cried both times I went to Dreamland but both of you gave me comfort by just being there with me during my time of pain and loss. I am still having my crying days and I know I will for a while longer. But at lest I have my Luke with me in spirit thanks to the kind and loving care of what you gave me when I went to pick him up. Because of your services, I while always have his little footprint, some of his soft hair and his little casket with me until Luke & I meet again on that Rainbow Bridge. Losing a pet truly is a terrible experience. Dream Land makes it a little bit easier. I have used them twice now to cremate my beloved boxers. They are very understanding and patient with grieving owners. They treat your pet and your relationship with your pet with respect. I like that they do a paw print impression and cut a snippet of hair to give you something more to remember your pet by than just an urn. Speaking of urns, Dream Land's default urn is a lovely carved wooden box, not a garish cookie tin like the crematory I used to use provides. I will continue to use them for all my pet cremation needs.

One of the most difficult experiences of my life was the loss of my beautiful dog, Maggie. Dreamland answered ALL of my concerns in a professional, caring, thoughtful manner. My Maggie was now in loving hands. Dreamland was there for her and me. My heart was heavy and the loss was great. Dreamland got us through it together. I know now that there is a Heaven on Earth, Dreamland proved it. Thank you again for everything you did and still continue to do for others, I am now and will be forever grateful.

The respect and compassion was so greatly appricated in this most difficult time your staff came to our home and gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye to our presious baby Rocky he was then lovingly nad gently placed and covered in a very cozy bed he looked so peacefull From our family to yours Thank You so much!!!

During such a very difficult time in my life, Dream Land was caring, helpful and very compassionate of my grief. When the time came for me to pick up my furbaby, the package I had selected was BEYOND my expectations. The urn is truly stunning and the paw print and hair clippings are just an added blessing. Thank you so much for the beautiful keepsakes of my furbaby 'Bombay'. I would definitely recommend Dream Land to anyone who may find themselves in this difficult situation. As you all know, losing a pet is a traumatic situation. The Dreamland Pet Memorial Center representative who came to my home to pick up my darling Madigan was both professional and compassionate. I knew when she left our home that Madi was in very good hands. Now she is back home in her place of honor. I cannot thank Dreamland enough for the compassionate service they provided us!

My cat was cremated through your services. I was pleased with presentation and services offered. My only wish is that the paw print was done a little better. The toes were squished together, so it didn’t look much like a paw print. Otherwise, I was very pleased with everything else.

Two months prior to the loss of my cat I had just loss my husband. When Dreamland caregiver came to service me it was just as caring and professionally as the service I had just received with my husband death. With the pain of both losses, I couldn't have been take care better. I am so glad to know that there is a service that considers our pets innately as human Spirits. So Grateful.

DreamLand was very conscientious with the logistics of picking up our deceased dog and compassionate with communications and the pickup of her cremated remains. The carved box is very nice and will serve as reminder of our beloved pet.
