My little Annabelle was treated with the utmost respect. Dream Land picked my baby up as soon as she passed and called several times to see if I had any questions. I thank them dearly for the way they handled this extremely heart breaking situation.

The staff at Dream Land Pet Memorial are so courteous were so sympathetic to me at the loss of my pet. They definitely understand the sorrow at losing a pet and treat you with dignity.

Dreamland was available to come to my house on a Saturday morning an hour after I called. They are very sensitive in handling the situation and will create a fine memorial for your pet.

I used Dream Land a several years ago when I lost a dear cat; they were so kind and compassionate through the ordeal. When I had to say goodbye to my little girl kitty recently, again they were so understanding of the loss and treated her with such dignity. Thank you Dream Land.

I highly recommend Dream Land to everyone looking to preserve their fur babies. This was my second time using their services and they were awesome. The facility is so serene, clean and well done. The staff are so professional, caring and treat you with tenderness in your time of grief. I cannot say enough good things about them. I was so appreciative of their sincere feelings. They know our fur babies are part of our family and as such treat our babies like family. I loved it when they allowed us time to say our final goodbyes in private. Such respect is hard to find in the world today and they certainly have it! Thank you for your caring enough to help us who want to preserve our babies!!!

My sweet pup passed away very unexpectedly at just 4 years of age. I was distraught, and lost on what to do. I called my vet and they referred me to Dream Land, and told me to bring her to the vet's office. I brought her to the vet, where she was a much loved client, and they watched over her until Dream Land picked her up. I brought her in her favorite bed with her favorite toy ("baby"), and Dream Land assured me that she would be cremated with her treasured belongings. Darryl was the first person I spoke to when I called (and mind you, I was a blubbering mess) and he was so calm and kind and called her my "baby" (which she was!!) instead of just a "dog". I liked that. They assured me they would come to pick her up very soon (took them less than two hours), and she would be treated with the utmost care and respect. I was assured she would be given an ID tag that would follow her until I picked her up, to make certain I received only her back. They were so kind to guide me through the process of selecting the urn etc, as well as an engraved name plate. I worked with Matt to select those. All along the way every employee I spoke with at Dream Land was so sweet and kind, and I was offered condolences every step of the way. My sweet baby passed away on Tuesday morning, and I was called to come pick her up Friday morning. I was thrilled at the speed of service, because it broke my heart to be separated from her for even that long. When I went to pick her up, I realized they also owned a human funeral company, so I was secure in knowing that they knew just what they were doing. Their offices were serene and calming, and I was ushered into a private waiting room until they brought her to me. They presented me with her Urn, a gorgeously carved box, and the beautiful nameplate. They also gave me some of her fur clippings, a paw print, and a lovely packet of grief information and a sweet, sweet poem. This packet helped me deal with a lot of my sadness. Seeing her tiny foot print in the plaster was so sweet and I will treasure that always. Over all I had an amazing experience with Dream Land, despite wishing I never had to use them so early in her life. They truly care about animals and treat them with the highest regard, and their sweet, understanding words to me were so needed on the most difficult day in my life. Whenever I need to again use their services, there is nowhere else I would entrust my babies

Our chihuahua Mocha tragically drowned in our pool this Christmas Eve. Needless to say we were hysterical and didn't know what to do. My friend told me about Dreamland several months ago and how wonderful they treated her when her dog passed so I called them. Much to my surprise there was an answering service and I was told someone would call me within 30 minutes (keep in mind this is 9:00 at night on Christmas Eve.) Sure enough, Wesley called me within 30 minutes and arrived at my home 20 minutes after that to pick up our sweet Mocha. Wesley treated her with such respect and care, he put her in a bed with a beautiful Christmas blanket and told us we could call him during the night if we needed to talk. I cannot speak highly enough of Wesley and Dreamland, this was such a tragedy but they made it a little easier to go through. Thank you, Leslie Taylor

Dreamland made the process so easy. It is an awful thing to lose your fur baby, but I highly recommend the staff at Dreamland. They are very professional and helpful in your time of need.

With my previous pets I had always been able to go through my vet for cremation services. This time I had to go outside them and Dream Land was fantastic. They were very kind as we went through the process. I love the wooden urn my bird's ashes are in and all the little things Dream Land did. The claw print, the feathers, and the nice little certificate.I wish my vet's service had done certificates like that for my other pets. Dream Land made a difficult situation easier to handle and now Bird (among his many names) has a nice little memorial at home.

Thank you for taking such good care with my Cody. I appreciated the message that you had him safe in your care. The only recommendation I would have is that your certificates be a little smaller (postcard) size would be better in the long-term.

My experience was very smooth. The man who helped us, Matt, was very compassionate and helped us a lot. We couldn't have asked for a better experience in such a difficult time.

This is my second experience with Dream Land. My first was in May of this year with the unexpected passing of our beloved Jimmy, only six years old who had a brain tumor. He was a precious, beautiful kitty with a playful and loving personality. Jerry, who recommended us, assured me Dream Land took extra special care of all the pets that were brought to them. That meant more than he knows. Everyone was wonderful and extremely kind. It could not have been a better experience. This time was an expected experience with our twelve year old Matty, who somehow got sick with people cancer. All those immunizations against feline cancer-leukemia and he ends up with people cancer. We were devastated. And, the labs showed it was so advanced no treatment was offered. So this beautiful gray half Maine Coon and half Russian Blue kitty, hung on to life with us without complaint just shy of one year. He was so frail but wanted so much to live. But it was time. Because he was so frail Dr.Crowder did in-home euthanasia for us, and Kevin from Dream Land came and picked Matty up for us. His gentle and loving manner was exceptional and he was wonderful with us as well. When we picked Matty up from Dream Land, as with Jimmy, everyone was so gracious and kind. They give you a lovely remembrance package and are there for you if you need them. We highly recommend Dream Land without any hesitation. They are absolutely wonderful.

The staff are always courteous and respectful. Although I have been down this road before the information provided about pet loss, euthanasia and the poem are always helpful.It is something that I can share with friends or co-workers who may struggle with making the most unselfish decision they will ever make.

When we lost our kitty of 15 years, we knew we would have Dream Land handle her arrangements. We had used them when our dog passed and they were so caring when the arrived at our home and how they took her away. Plus they were extra caring with our young daughter regarding the passing of our beloved pets. We highly recommend Dream Land for their services and how well they treat our fur babies.

The folks here are outstanding. I learned of their existing when my Mother passed away several years ago. When I contacted them upon learning that our beloved Sunshine required euthanasia, they were empathetic, patient, and kind. While my family and I worked through the grieving process, Dreamland handled all of the details and made the process as pleasant as was possible. In addition to our loving memories of our pet, Dreamland has provided us a paw print, a lock of hair, and a very dignified yet beautiful box that secures our dog's remains. I would recommend Dreamland and their human counterpart Georgia Funeral Care to anyone who is in search of loving, empathetic folks to handle your cremation needs.

Our experience with Dream Land was positive. Losing our precious dog, Cupcake, was extremely difficult. I appreciated the service Dream Land offered to pick up our pet at the vet and also deliver her remains back there, making it easier for us. I wish that I had seen "If It Should Be", as is mentioned in the article. We received Cupcake in a wooden box, which was not how we received our first dog, Kita, that was cremated at Dream Land. I would like to have had this in 2013 for our other dog. We received the "Rainbow Bridge" poem with our first dog, but not with this recent one. The services provided by Dream Land are very good. From the very first phone call letting us know they had our sweet fur baby and that she was safe, to when I went to pick her up, the staff was kind, caring, and respectful. They made a very difficult time a little bit easier. I highly recommend Dream Land for anyone looking for a suitable memorial for your beloved pet.

Losing our beautiful kitty Lily suddenly was heartbreaking. During such a sad time, it was comforting to know Dream Land was there to help. This is my second experience with them and once again they were sensitive and so compassionate from the first phone call to the last letting me know she was ready to come home.
