This is one of the hardest reviews I will ever have to write. It's not like I want to say, "I will use them again." because I don't want to think about that time, but with with 3 other dogs I know that time will come. Most of my interactions with Dream Land were via phone tag, but the one time I did speak with a gentleman he was so nice and so concerned. He didn't speak about my dog like just another animal, but like she was like a family member that they were taking care of with great care. The messages that were left for me, keeping me informed of the status of her cremation and final delivery in her urn to my vets office were in the same demeanor and so appreciated. The memorial package that they put together for the pet owner is sweet and I will cherish it. I ordered a special urn and odd as it is to say, it is beautiful and matches her princess personality. So while I "don't want to use them again" I know I will and I will do it gratefully because no one else will handle and treat my sweet four-legged children with such care. Thank you.

We called Dreamland at our worst possible moment and they called us back quickly. They explained their services in detail in a quiet and compassionate manner and came to retrieve our beloved pet's body at our convenience. Our pet was placed gently in a container and wrapped in a blanket with her favorite treats. No hurry. Gave us all the time we needed. Took about 2 weeks to get her ashes back. Went to their facility in Acworth for pickup. A beautiful facility. They handed us the fur clipping, the paw print, and a beautiful box containing her ashes. No hurry. Spoke with a quiet, compassionate, and respectful voice and manner. The whole experience was more than I expected and added a little balm to a broken heart.

My wife's mother had just passed away the week before our sweet little chihuahua passed away. He had been out baby for 13+ years. Needless to say it was a very difficult time for us. His death was unexpected and we were heartbroken. Everyone that we dealt with at Dream Land was compassionate, understanding and patient. Elvis was treated with dignity and respect when they picked him up. They also treated us with kindness and understanding. We originally wanted to pick him up when he was ready but were unable to do so and had to have him delivered back to us. He arrived safely. The package was well packed. We are very happy to have him back home. The box, paw print and hair clipping were all very professionally done. Thank you so much for all your help in a very difficult time. We will highly recommend Dream Land to anyone facing the death of a their fur child.

I met Kevin Marcy and his mother several years ago and was extremely impressed by not only the services provided, but also touched by the genuine care and concern for the deceased pets and also their sorrowful parents. The manner in which everyone was cared for with such heartfelt sympathy and empathy was incredible. I began to refer my clients to Dreamland and continued to hear such positive responses over the years. Therefore, when we suddenly lost our own dear Shiloh two years ago and our sweet Bosco three weeks ago, we immediately called Dream Land. The staff there made such difficult and heartrending losses for us more manageable with their expert handling of every detail according to our wishes. We are so grateful and indeed thankful for everyone at Dreamland!!

Losing my cat was one of the hardest things I've ever been through. I had him for 14 years- since I was 12 years old. He was a constant in my life through every cross-country move, and a comfort through every hard experience. When I had him cremated, I fully expected to walk in, be handed a bag, and sent on my way, but that is not at all what happened. I was taken to a quiet, comfortable, private room and asked my last name. The nice man went out for a moment to collect the items, and quickly returned. He handed me a clay paw print and a bag with clippings of his fur (I had no idea they did either of those things), and finally his ashes in a beautiful wooden box. The man was professional, while also making the difficult experience personal and special. I would recommend Dream Land to anyone who has lost a pet.

Dream Land Pet Memorial Center truly exceeded our expectations. The professionalism & compassion that they showed during a very difficult time was a huge part of our healing process. They took amazing care & showed complete respect for our 11.5 year old Rottie. They treated him like he was a member of their family and I have peace & closure knowing that he left this earth as he lived on it - with love & dignity. I cannot thank the Dream Land staff enough & will emphatically recommend to anyone.

My experience with Dream Land was very easy and comforting. They took care of my Bruiser and treated both of us with respect and caring in this extremely sad time. Thank you so much for all the help and support with my baby dog.

We had to make the very hard decision of putting our German Shepherd, Tyson to sleep last Saturday. He was almost 11 years old. We knew what we wanted to do with Tyson after his death and our vet gave us Dream Land Pet Memorial Center's information. They were wonderful and compassionate. We picked up our Tyson's ashes today and their professionalism and courtesy were outstanding and helped during this difficult time. The staff at Dream Land Pet Memorial Center were kind and warmhearted during a difficult loss. They are very considerate during the whole process and I trust my furbabies in thier care.

This was our third time using Dream Land's services and all three experiences were exceptional. Since all of our friends are rescues, we have made it a point to give them the attention, care and love that they were denied in their previous circumstances. That also includes how they are treated when it is time to say goodbye. Dream Land has always helped make the process dignified and comforting, which helps us feel we have done the best for our friends that we can.

We are returning customers to Dream Land, as this was our 4th fur baby we have lost. Dream Land has taken care of all 4 of our losses. We have been totally satisfied with their services. They have gone above and beyond our expectations during such difficult times! Dream Land truly is an exceptional experience and everyone there is sympathetic and care about their customers....fur babies and the families they have left behind! I would highly recommend them! Always having multiple dogs, I have had to use Dreamland's services on several occasions. They are always empathetic to my loss and treat each pet with dignity. I trust the staff to handle each situation as discussed. Having that kind of customer service during such a hard time makes the burden a little lighter.
