We are extremely happy with our new security door. From our first visit with Paula, to the crew that installed the door, they were very professional and helpful. The door is beautiful and very well made. The door was delivered on time and was exactly how we ordered it. Overall it was a very good experience and would use them again. We had long dreamed about adding a high quality gate to the entrance of our home and felt that doing so would transform it into something special. We selected First Impression because of their reputation for unsurpassed quality. The sales staff helped us select the perfect compliment to our home without the exorbitant cost. To say that our expectations were high and our demands were exacting would be an understatement. When we identified a couple of areas of concern after the initial installation the staff at First Impression was extremely responsive and they immediately took steps to ensure that our gate and entrance was of showroom quality. Best decision we could have made!

Our contractor told us that First Impression Security Doors was the only company to go with for our new iron door. He said that we would never have a problem with the door down the road due to the amazing construction/fabrication of it. So far, he's been right. The door is absolutely gorgeous, so solid and high-quality...now I know the difference between a really well-made iron door and those cheaper varieties that you can buy online or through other companies. For a part of the home that is so visible, so much of the curb appeal and something that will be used a lot, I believe it was well worth investing in a quality door. I love opening it, looking at it....

The technician who installed the doors was very qualified, took his time and did an excellent job. The doors are beautiful, and the quality is amazing. We initially saw a gate and a door installed at a relative's home and were amazed at the style and quality. We got First Impression's contact information (Adam) and we called right away to set up a consultation with him. Adam was very easy to work with on design, material choices and delivery. We were very pleased with the follow-up communications we had through the entire process. We love both of our new gates and have already had neighbors coming over to find out where we got them. Five stars to quality of products, service and responsiveness!!

The quality of the product is outstanding. Couldn't be happier with the feel and design of the door. We were able to choose our design to match our personal preference for the design of our house. The sales representative was VERY helpful and knowledgeable. He helped out by giving his professional opinion which allowed us to make an educational and informed decision. The gate turnaround time was slated to be at least 3-4 weeks due to the thanksgiving/Christmas holidays. We were very pleasantly surprised to get a call only a week after ordering to set up install date. That date was the following week. The installer was prompt, professional and was more than willing to allow me to watch the install process. At the end of installation, the installer went over the warranty and product use and care. I couldn't be happier with the overall experience and would recommend First Impression Security Doors to anyone.

We had a security door and new window installed by First Impressions. The whole experience was amazing. I wanted a beautiful entrance door and my husband wanted to add a screen door. First Impressions designed both which look absolutely beautiful and have added curb appeal and value to our home. Our salesman Adam was so helpful and stayed in contact throughout the process. The craftsmanship is amazing and the installers were very professional. We have had so many compliments on our new front door and window. Our front door size is unusual and we had difficulty finding a replacement door for our 35 year old home. Size made no difference to First Impressions. Additionally, our Santa Barbara style craftsman home needed a design other than scroll work, geometric shapes or contemporary designs. The First Impression salesperson, Adam S, had many ideas and was willing to share and make recommendations. Our door came out beautifully and suits our home perfectly! We couldn't be more pleased. Matt T also instructed or informed clients of the cleaning and maintaining the metal doors. I would suggest to other clients that they purchase from First Impressions. We recently had a custom iron security gate made for our new home. The design process was thoughtful as well as being careful of the pitfalls with our particular installation. The finished gate was just beautiful and the installation process was handled by a fellow who absolutely knew what he was doing. We couldn't be happier with the gate, the process, or the install. From the moment my wife Lynn and I walked into their showroom we were treated professionally and cordially. They helped us pick out potential doors and assisted in our final decision making process. They then came out and measured the area completely to insure a good installation. They also even came back a second time to confirm some of their measurements. The installer did an exceptional job on what was not a typical installation. He was very efficient, neat and took the time to explain care and maintenance of the door once he was finished. We would both highly recommend First Impression to anyone considering any type of security doors.

The high standard of quality of your doors, speaks for itself. As a consumer, I look for knowledgeable employees, courteousness , reliability, high standard of workmanship. excellent guidance from the sales folks. We loved seeing the show rooms and their tangible examples of what we ordered. Installation was flawless. The CAD design activity was also excellent with lots of give and take until we got exactly what we wanted in a design. When the installers encountered a problem with our door jamb they quickly modified and the door is perfect. Overall it was an excellent experience. Everyone who has seen it has remarked on its beauty.

Roger was extremely helpful with suggestions and measurements, which gave me the confidence to move forward with the purchase. I'm happy with the courtyard gate and front door I purchased. We had a security gate made for our new home and were so impressed with the quality of the workmanship that we had an additional 3 screen doors made. Our sales person, Debra, was extremely knowledgable in answering all of our questions and concerns. She spent time explaining the different products and the process of having the gates/doors installed. She was an absolute pleasure to work with. The service technicians who did the installation were all professional and did a terrific job. Can't say enough good things about your company.

We were very impressed with everything about the experience selecting/designing/installing our new First Impression iron entry door. Our salesman Adam S. was very patient with us as we tried to decide from the many finishes/glass options. CAD Designer Patricia P. was also very helpful and patient as we had her go through a few iterations of the CAD design. The installation crew was clean and efficient and did a superb job making sure our existing tile on the inside of the house did not get damaged. All in all, a great experience and well worth the investment.

We had been looking for a gate for quite sometime. We wanted a sturdy, good looking gate in a limited budget. We explored a couple of places, Craig list, Ebay etc. but none was clicking, either the prices were way over or the finishing was not up to the par. I also went to couple of shops but got a feel that the sales person was trying to impose his wish rather than listening to my needs. I met Paula at the showroom in North Scottsdale after seeing the advertisement in Money Mailer, she was very helpful in explaining the pros and cons, the style and also came up with style within my budget. We got the gate installed in 3 weeks to our complete satisfaction. We were not needed during the installation. We also did couple of changes in the designs, locks etc. We are very happy with our investment. Our neighbors also appreciated the gate. I would recommend First Impressions without any second thoughts.
