Jason is second to none in this field. He never once treated me like a just a number. He didn't just focus on the mortgage lending but took a whole view my financial planning and set me up for success not just on the sale but my life. Jason always answered my calls and text quickly and never gave the impression he was just talking to me to get off the phone. He was extremely thorough and assured me that my time and financial well-being was important to him and I knew he was genuinely sincere. Jason also is a real estate and financial wizard who does not take a one angle approach, he hits your particular situation from all angles and perspectives. Jason Delaune, Angie Rogan and Traci Strickland took us on: ☆ self employed ☆ first time home-buyer ☆ no realtor ☆ for sale by owner Jason answered phone and returned calls promptly. Traci and Angie tag-teamed; combing over self-employment numbers and staying on top of it until everything jibbed and got us through underwriting . We had three scheduled closings: Closing No. 1 (canceled) due to insurance co. dropped out of our county (florida) 9 days before closing. Closing No 2. Seller breached contract (he didn't understand closing costs —reminder this was a sale by owner with no realtor involved). We all signed and husband took time off from work —midnight came and we had not officially closed. Deal off. Closing No 3 --WE CLOSED!!! Team EMM Loans stayed right with us. We finally closed (for real) this morning. We are home owners and got a heck of a deal on our house —and great interest rate to boot! Angie called me and she made me feel like I had my own cheering squad, she was encouraging, her voice was warm and caring, so when I called her about any and everything I always felt like she was my direct line. When the interest rates dropped to all time low, I gave them a call and asked if they could lower my mortgage rate. It was super easy to work with Jason and Angie. Jason answered all my questions in the beginning and was able to get me pre-approved very quickly. The loan process was super easy to get through with their portal and there was very little followup needed from the initial documentation I gave them. Angie was super friendly and has amazing customer service skills. She is an effective communicator. When we had a problem with the Title company, she was able to jump right in to make sure we closed on time. I highly recommend Jason for your next home loan.
