Excels in knowledge of the product!! Not only is he a good real estate agent he is a great guy! I highly recommend him!!!

Working with Larry was awesome. He made us feel very comfortable and at ease. First of all, I was in the market of selling one of my residence in Georgia. I was referred to Mr. Lennard by my realtor in Florida. I drove to Georgia and met Mr. Lennard and his partner (Gayle). For the moment we met I felt a connection as if we were old friends. The moment I placed the house on the market, Mr. Lennard keep me abreast of each showing and potential buyer. He assured me prior to the closing that I would not have to make another trip to Georgia. Well, he was correct, the closing took place via email and overnight documents. If I had the opportunity to do it all over again, I would not change one thing. I would highly recommend Mr. Lennard and Dehildren Realty to anyone who wants to have a smooth transaction and honest opinion about real estate. Larrys knowledge of the area was the first key factor in helping Brenda and I finding our lake house. Larry was able to understand what we wanted. I worked with Larry for over two years to find the house and the deal.

I placed a call to another real estate and I was told I could look for someone else since they were too busy to show us any houses. When I called Larry he was so nice and showed such enthusiasm to help me I immediately liked him. He told me he would take us any place I wanted to, just give him a list and he would set it up. And within 2 days we were looking at houses. He was also surprised that another realtor would tell me anything like the first one did. He said that is how they make a living. And he is correct. He was honest and listened in what we were looking for. He talked with us and helped us with our concerns about each property. Knowledgeable about pricing, area, etc. and professional all the way. Since we do not know about living in the south, he answered many a question in what would be helpful to us. He also helped us with a few issues after the sale and it has worked out purrfect. I would recommend him and we would work with him again, but I don't plan on moving again. Thank you again Larry. We love our house.
