I didn’t write a review on my past procedures as I did not want to say anything negative. I was almost at the point of seeking out another dentist but decided to give Las Cruced Dental another chance. Yesterday’s procedure was great. My hygienist was very gentle and did a fantastic job on my teeth. She cleaned then like they had never been cleaned before. She showed me that she genuinely cared about me as a patient and was extremely patient. She did give me her name but I don’t remember it. All I can say is that she is excellent and look forward to going again with her.

Clearly, the quality of care, comfort and friendliness in the Las Cruces Dental Solutions office is the "best of the best." I was initially skeptical (three decades including military dental work) with negative (painful) dental experiences. After three visits, I have been very impressed with the cutting-edge technology in your dental office; the Staff that I have interacted with have been superb. In any major U.S. City, Dr.Tropp would easily be ranked with the absolute "best of the best." We are extremely fortunate that he chose Las Cruces, NM as the location to practice.

Absolutely amazing! My kids thought it was a special day out instead of an errand or doctors appointment. It started off with a kids play area, kids movie, and cookies in the waiting room. Per mom’s request, Gabby and Patricia willingly and easily switch the order of the girls and got the Movie back on so they could watch while Patricia cleaned their teeth. Gabby was amazing explaining everything to my 3 year old at her level and being sensitive to her body language. She was so nice and calm with the right amount of firmness and support that my daughter let her brush her teeth, floss, and count her teeth! Dr Peterson was amazing with introducing himself, talking to her, and adjusting to make her feel more comfortable. He was so polite and proactive letting me know she might spit out the fluoride and had a towel ready so I wouldn’t get it on my clothes. Gabby was so sweet and sat and talked with us while Patricia worked on my second daughter. Gabby was really listening and picked up clues as to which toothbrush colors my daughters would want. They even had an express checkout so my girls didn’t have to stand and wait for me to pay. And of course, the treasure box, where they each got to pick a small toy for being so good. Like I said, it was painless and more like a day to be spoiled than a doctors appointment!

Beautiful office in a great location the staff was efficient and courteous and professional at their job state of the art equipment the best dental facility I’ve ever been to.
