I have been with Martin Realtors going on two years now. I realize that two years is a very short time to truly get to know,understand and see what a person's all about, let alone a whole company. I might not know a lot but I know that two years is more than enough time to see the good or the not so good in a person. The managers for Martin Realtors Christine and Nicole both are good people.I've seen and experienced first-hand what these two ladies can do and have done. Our last snow storm for instance,I had an issue about snow removal that night I got on their website typed in my complaint the very next morning shortly after the office opens I got a reply message from Christine apologizing for my inconvenience and she was going to call and find out the reason and get back with me. I got a text from Christine maybe a half hour later telling me that my place was somehow skipped and that they were on their way. The one thing that stuck out the most with this situation was the respect they gave me by contacting me the customer,client tenant whatever my title, first. to reinsure me that they got my complaint and they were gonna take care of everything. Now that they have contacted their client, that would be me, it's time now to contact the people who are responsible... the contractors. and find out why one of their clients has contacted them complaining about a job that they were supposed to do that has not been done. Don't know how that conversation went with the contractor but they were over in a matter of minutes clearing out snow. I felt I was top priority and that's how a client should feel it ain't too often that a company makes a client feel that they're appreciated Martin Brothers did that for me and I'm proud to say that Im affiliated with Martin realtors. I have nothing but good things to say about Christine and Nicole to me they're more than just realtor managers I consider them my peeps. Right before winter had a conversation with Nicole I live in upstairs apartment the downstairs is vacant with a garage I asked Nicole would be possible to park my vehicle in the garage until someone rents the downstairs I even was willing to pay more for rent she told me don't worry about it and that she had no problem with me using the garage... if Nicole's boss is reading this, Im just kidding about the garage there's not even a garage here where I live...lol.. seriously though the people who are writing these bad reviews about Christine and Nicole how Nicole is mean and impolite and how they're so unorganized and unprofessional that Martin's is a slumlord it goes on and on.Are you people freaking kidding me right now! the reviews are meant for suggestions of what a company can do to improve to be better so they can get better what's working what's not working I don't think it was ever meant to put anyone down and run their name through dirt. Didn't your mother ever tell you if you don't have anything nice to say to a person then don't say anything at all because one day it might come back and bite you in the ass. Like I said before there's good people and there's not so good people you know Who You are. The people that got to go out and criticize down people hate in your heart then want to write a review to let the world know how much their life sucks because we all no your just talking about yourself just cuz you lost your job because you're an alcoholic the only income you got now is ur your wifes now she sees that you're a low-life piece of crap she went back home to live with her parents because you're a drunk with no job no money you're never going to amount to anything because you're sitting there in the fetal position feeling sorry for your damn self thinking that the world owes you something . You get an eviction notice in the mail you have 3 days to get out because you don't have money to pay rent cuz you're a bum so what do you do write a bad review run a few names in the dirt because that's wut loser do...She was mean to me..He looked at me funny. There slumlords because they won't fix a $3,000 part that the owner will not approve I don't think people understand that Martin Brothers manage the properties they don't own them seriously stop it people life is tough get a helmet. for the people that just can't wait to put somebody down because of a bad experience and then want to tell the whole world about how horrible that person is then it's that time in your life to get a hobby collect stamps or something. I don't have anything to say about Martin brothers accept they Rock!!! 5 stars.... as far as I can see I recommend them highly

I had a very nice experience from the beginning. They were accommodating, helpful, and always got right back to me when I had a question. I like that very much as I hate to wait for answers. I love love my little doll house.

I have been renting from Martin,Inc Realtors for a year and a half now. The staff is always very professional and courteous when I have contacted them. Christine has been very quick to respond to my email messages with questions or concerns. If there is a problem with my rental unit, maintenance makes contact very quickly and has gone above and beyond to fix my problems. I have not had any issues whatsoever with the staff and company. They work well with their tenants. I would definitely recommend Martin,Inc Realtors to others.

Christine and the whole Martin Inc Realtor team were great to deal with. I am an out of town investor and it is so important to have a property manager that I can fully trust. They let me know what was going on with my property and if there we anything that needed to be fixed on my property they would get a the repairs done right and in a timely manner. I found Christine to be very responsive and an organized billing system. I would highly recommend Martin Inc Realtors:)

I have lived in our Apartment complex for over 4 years. We have recently been bought by Martin Realtors and so far, the experience has been great. Staff is very friendly, listens to your concerns and follows through with any issues that might arise in a timely matter. They will also work with you with any rental issues and have been nothing more than professional and fair. I have rented my entire life and have had my share of "slumlords", and I can tell right away that Martin Realtors is not one of them! They check all the boxes: Friendliness. Trust. Professionalism. I would highly recommend them for all your rental needs!

What a great experience doing business with Martin Realtors. They have taken great care of my property from upkeep to finding good renters. I live over an hour away so they give me great piece of mind knowing that if something small happens they will take care of it for me and I won't have to worry about getting a call or having to fix something. We had questions and concerns with Renting our property. The moment I met with Christine Willia, my concerns quickly diminished! An extremely professional young woman who knows her stuff! Very polite, knowledgable and a go getter. She understands the value of each property and knows how to price the property and strives to obtain that price point. Needless to say, she had our property rented in two weeks at the highest price point. I could not be more happy with the decision to use Martin and more importantly Christine. When we unexpectedly had to move out of state, we unsuccessfully tried to sell our home with another realtor in town. After months of trying to sustain 2 housing payments, we decided to turn our house into a rental property with the help of Martin Realtors. We honestly couldn't have made a better decision. Martin Realtors helped turn a stressful, negative situation into a positive, lucrative one. Even from a state away, we know our home and all of the variables that go along with home ownership are being taken care of. The staff at Martin Realtors keep us in the loop about everything regarding our home and make sure we have reliable, respectful tenants. They also facilitate repairs, if needed, in a timely, cost-effective fashion. But most importantly, they answer all of our questions and address any concerns we have in a prompt, friendly way. Using Martin Realtors was the best decision we ever made, and we are truly grateful to them for helping us in a dire situation. I worked with Martin, Inc. for several years for the management of two individual homes I owned that were rental properties. Martin, Inc was totally self-sufficient and rarely had to contact me. Any contacts were mostly just if they needed extra expenses approved for repair or maintenance. Then I decided to sell the properties and used them for the listing. I was aware that the properties might take some time to sell. However, we received an offer after about 6 months. Martin, Inc. also handled the sale in an efficient and competent manner. Marty Stokes, owner, was always easy to work with and professional. His staff was also a pleasure to work with. To my surprise, I was contacted by them last week to say that they had collected rent on one of these properties from 2013 and would be getting me a check for past rent! Needless to say I was surprised and pleased since I did not even knowing they were pursuing the past rent. I would highly recommend this real estate company.

Martin Realtors has been great. They found us a house that was perfect for our family. They are always very friendly and know us by name. I have worked with realtors before and Martin's is by far the best. They aren't just there because they have to be, they really care!! Diane has been awesome. I began my tenancy with Martin, Inc Realtors over a year ago. From the very start of my application process the staff were very polite, helpful and willing to answer many questions without hesitation. I was given a chance at a home for myself and my son even with fairly new employment and a short rental history. Staff have always been courteous to me, even when I had to report a couple minor issues. The issues were handled with concern and a true sense of urgency. I wasn't blamed for anything and there weren't any delays with resolution. Another positive point of my tenancy has been easy access to staff. They're always a phone call or email away. I plan to continue my renter's relationship with the company for years to come, possibly until I'm ready to buy my own home. Their consistent delivery of excellent customer service & concern for their tenants leaves me with no complaints. They're an excellent company to deal with....happy renting!!
