Last week I noticed a chipped front tooth. I called Dr. Borham's office and was able to be seen that afternoon. Dr. Borham was able to deal with the problem immediately. I'm very grateful to have a dentist who is so responsive, skillful, and pleasant. The rest of the staff is always professional and caring. I highly recommend Mesilla Valley Family Dentistry. Cathy

All the staff at Mesilla Dentistry are so friendly, Yvonne the receptionist greets you with a smile, all the other staff are also friendly and very compassionate while you are being tended too. I will highly recommend Mesilla Dentristry.

Everyone is so welcoming and they smile when they see patients. I feel genuinely cared for there. So much that I have never even thought about finding any other dentist. The staff remembers tidbits about your life as well and that speaks volumes about their care provided for patients. They answer every question, explain every procedure, and really want you to feel comfortable with what is taking place. Terry in the office is a financial whiz when it comes to figuring what my insurance covers and how much I pay out of pocket. I really trust the staff there. All of them are wonderful! Some people hate going to the dentist... well they have never been here if they don't like going!

Dr Borham and staff are very professional, polite and caring. They explain every procedure that is indicated for dental health. I have been pain free for every dental procedure I have needed for my dental care. This is a very big plus because it makes the experience a pleasant one. I have been a patient here for 30+ years. From the front desk, to the office manager, to the dental techs, to the doctor, the staff has always been very friendly, punctual, competent, and professional.

I found the best dentist in Las Cruces, N.M. in Dr Wael Borham and his delightful, kind, caring, thoughtful, patient, and helpful staff, including, Teri, Dr. Wael's office manager! The staff is friendly and always ready to wait for us patients to get comfortable, and, in fact, go out of their way to make us comfortable. Today, I met Jessica, for the first time, and I found her easy to be around and always interested in knowing what worked best for me; and, today, I thought I could manage without the local anesthetic but I could not. She made all the difference as she was very sensitive and asked several times if I was OK or wanted to slow down, wait, stop or have Dr. Wael provide a local anesthetic. She was very supportive. And, the biggest thrill today, was seeing Dr. Wael again, as he is always happy to see his patients; and, meeting his very knowledgeable and friendly wife and business partner (as Dr. Wael's wife is also an excellent and forward thinking dentist) for the first time today! He gave me several options regarding my dental treatment options; and, never, did I, ever, feel any pressure to choose one option over another. Dr. Wael Borham is a professional of great professional integrity with a warm and comforting chair side manner. In my case, Dr. Wael is knowledgeable, caring, concerned and helpful as re: my diagnosis of Sogren's (an autoimmune disorder) which, unfortunately, is a very serious disorder, which is oftentimes, not diagnosed early enough as Sogren's patients often, and repeatedly, report their serious symptoms of dry mouth, tongue, throat, bronchial area/airways and eyes to their general practitioner, internist or a specialist in the eyes, ears or throat. Unfortunately, this prolongs the time before individuals are properly diagnosed and treatment begins. So, I feel very fortunate to have found and chosen Dr. Wael Borham (I called Mesilla Valley Dental and was told the previous dentist was no longer there and I asked Yvonne, the front office receptionist or office assistant: "How she liked working for Dr. Wael and why?" I also asked if she and the other staff had been employed by the previous dentist and how many had remained with Dr. Wael in the transition; and, I liked her answers! I am, thoroughly, pleased with my choice in Dr. Wael Borham. I recommend him and his delightful staff highly! I have been coming to mesilla valley dentistry for years. They have been more than friendly to me and always treat me as if I am their only patient. I recently purchased a new mouth guard from them and within weeks it got destroyed by my four legged friend who apparently wanted a snack. Luckily I called them and the 5 year warranty I purchased with it covered a brand new one free of charge!(saved me 300$) I just picked up my brand new one and once again made sure to purchase the affordable warranty along with it....Just in case!

I am very pleased with my experiences at Mesilla Valley Family Dentistry. The quality of care is high, and amazingly, I have experienced no pain. Let me explain. I am very sensitive to pain, and I have always hated it when the numbing medicine is injected into my gums. With Dr. Borham, I experienced no pain at all. I give him my highest recommendation. First and foremost is the comfort feeling I get when I walk in. The entire staff demonstrates a genuine care. The quality of service is a 10. Every procedure is explained thoroughlY and done with the upmost care. The financial person also meets with you and informs you of insurance/patient responsibility. The wait time is minimal. I'm glad I chose Mesilla Valley Dentistry and I highly recommend them. And lastly, I feel very comfortable with Dr. Borham.
