Your practice quickly worked my daughter into the schedule to assess her extreme pain. I was impressed that you were able to lower her pain and get her a root canal within 24 hours. Because of this excellent customer service and recommendation from my daughter, both my mother and I are new patients to your practice. All three of us are impressed with the customer service we received.

What a pleasant experience! Everyone is extremely friendly and made what could be an uncomfortable experience very pleasant. From Raquel out front to Yamaris and Dr. Klein as well as my Hygienist, Kim. They were awesome.

The comfort and soothing ways the helped me through my 1st visit in years. Isabel, mark Tyson, the dentist was fabulous. Kelly was more than helpful. I am extremely impressed

My experience was great at Midtown Dental. Kim was very empathetic to my fear of the dentist and took the time to explain the various parts of my procedure and was very patient. It was a change from other dentists I've been to - Kim made sure I was comfortable and okay throughout my entire appointment.

This was my first visit to the office and I was very impressed. Every single person I came in contact with was extremely nice and helpful. Dr. Kline was amazing and very informative. She took her time and answered all my questions. I can't remember the assistants name who brought me back but she was extremely personable and so nice, I felt very comfortable with her. Also, at the end the lady who takes the payment and sets up procedure appointments, she was wonderful. I don't think my visit could have went any better. I'm very thankful that I found this office, I will not go to another dentist office.

I have been to Midtown Dental twice and was treated very well both times. Dr. Nerestant and Kelly were friendly and professional. All my questions were answered and they gave me several different treatment options. I am looking forward to finishing my treatment and I feel that the costs were very reasonable. I had a lot of work to get done. I came in pretty nervous. They were able to not only calm me down but do the work without much pain. They actually made me laugh. I will definitely tell all my friends about Midtown dental. Austin was very professional and made me feel very much at ease. I had extensive dental care/procedures done at Midtown Dental. The whole staff from billing to dentist made my experience as comfortable as possible. They worked hard to accommodate me before the new year so I could take advantage of my existing dental benefits before they were removed. I am the type of person who avoids dentists at all costs. I have dental anxiety and wait as long as I can to go. Dr. Klein, and all of the staff I came in contact with, were absolutely amazing. The were kind, they explained everything that they were going to do, and they all really put me at ease. Dr. Klein was super sweet and didn’t want to do any unnecessary work on my teeth. This was my first visit to Midtown Dental, and my first visit Back to a dentist in about 2 years, and it was the best dental experience that I have had. Today I my hygienist was Kim. I was treated royally by Kim and she gave me undivided attention. One special think I truly enjoyed about Kim's care is they she continually asked about my comfort, how I was doing. And she engaged with me personally about life. I loved her attention, her professionalism and her undivided attention and personal touch. Kim went the extra mile to be sure that I felt "special" . She was an out of the box thinker, she even added a "spa" day treatment before I left. Kim deserves a BIG FAT RAISE!!!! people don't care what you know but they do care and remember how you make them feel. Kim is superb and an asset to this practice. I came into Midtown Dental with pain in a broken tooth. I was treated very sweetly and professionally by Dr. Klein and her assistant, Austin. They took care of removing my tooth and I'm scheduled to return to take care of some additional issues that I've let go over time and to do my routine care going forward. They are on the providers list from my dental insurance, so the cost to me was very low. It was my first time to see them, and I have now found my new dentist.
