My young children and I are very happy being patients of Prosper Smiles. From the office management team, to the hygienists and Dr. Patel, we receive the best care I’ve experienced with any dental office. Appointment scheduling can be difficult with young children, but the office staff have always been friendly, welcoming and dedicated to helping organize the best available appointments possible. And when I’ve needed to call for information, billing or rescheduling they are just as dedicated to helping as well as they can. Our hygienists are very friendly and welcoming as well. They are more than accommodating to help my little ones feel completely comfortable and secure in their care and I have never had an unpleasant moment during my many visits to the office. The hygienists and Dr. Patel are also fully informative and thorough with our treatments. I often leave with helpful and creative ideas to help my children improve their home dental routines and I never leave with unanswered questions or concerns. I really look forward to our next visit and would confidently recommend Prosper Smiles to everyone I know and anyone I meet.

From the moment you walk into the office everyone is very welcoming and friendly. Dr. Patel and his staff make going to the dentist easy by making you as comfortable as possible. For someone like me who hated the pain and discomfort I’ve experienced during past dental visits this office is a welcomed change of pace. The hygienist are gentle and yet still very efficient in what they do. I no longer have to take pain medicine after a cleaning and I’m very appreciative of that.

Dr. Patel is a one of a kind dentist. He is very sweet and very caring from the minute you meet him to every procedure he might do. He is so thorough on every thing he does. He asks you over and over if you are comfortable and checks the progress of the procedure at every step. I am so thankful I found him since my move to Prosper. His staff is very kind and very thorough also. I give this office an A+.

My husband and I've both experienced great care with Dr Patel and his staff. They are friendly, thorough, and take time to talk "with me" not "to me." The office is very comfortable and clean. Dr. Patel is awesome. He is very thorough and gentle, as well. I went to one dentist who wanted to replace a bridge for over $4000 because there was a cavity on one of the teeth. I got a second opinion from Dr. Patel, who found no cavity. I'm really glad I got that second opinion. I definitely recommend Dr. Patel. The dental hygienist is also very good. Awesome service. Everyone in the office is very friendly and does their jobs very efficiently, from scheduling appointments, estimating costs and providing top notch dental services. I was in and out of the office in literally 1 hour...and that included cleaning, a check up and a new tooth filling. I highly recommend them.

Dr Patel and his staff are wonderful. He informs me of exactly what’s going on and he is careful to explain what he will be doing. He gets every detail perfect when he has done my procedures and I have been very happy with the work he has performed. I visited Prosper Smiles Family Dentistry for the first time in Jan. 2018 and found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful. Dr. Patel was very nice and explained everything very clearly. I also liked the ability to watch Netflix while having my teeth cleaned. I highly recommend Dr. Patel and his practice and I look forward to my next visit.

We have moved around quite a bit, so we have experienced many different dental offices. Prosper Smiles has been by far the best dental experience we have ever had. This is the 1st Dentist to successfully work on my wife without having to put her to sleep because of dental anxiety. Fantastic. Here is why... My wife woke up in the middle of the night with extreme pain with a toothache. We called them as a first time patient at 6:30 am in the morning, and without hesitation they told us to come in. Not only were they accommodating, but our experience was first class, professional, and compassionate. Highly recommend!

when I first went to Prosper Family Dentistry the first impression I received was that the staff was very caring and helpful, they wasted no time getting me in to see the dentist who was very inviting and seemed to generally care. he quickly examined the state of my gums and teeth, and prepared a dental treatment plan which they then did their best to schedule according to my availability, notifying me anytime a more convenient appointment became available. Though my comfort level at PFS started of exceptionally well it grew in a positive manner with every following visit. after just a few well scheduled visits I've almost completed my dental plan with much healthier teeth and gums and am looking forward to visiting Prosper Family Smiles for any following upkeep/cleanings.

my employer changed insurance carriers and my current Dentist did not accept the new insurance company. I found Dr. Patel with Prosper Smiles on a list my new insurance company supplied me. He and his staff are very kind and patient. I had a filling replaced and experienced no pain during or after my procedure. I will definitely continue to use Dr. Patel and look forward to transferring my husband and daughter over as well.

Easily the best dental experience of my entire life! My son asked how my appointment was and I told him fab! Everybody is lovely and everything is nice and clean and well organised. I loved being told exactly what was going on and what was being done and why. My teeth have never been so clean. Each tooth was examined front and back and throughly cleaned! I have to go back in a few weeks and I'm not worried at all. Wonderful! :)

Very friendly staff. Relatively quick service that is both informative and thorough. Dr. Patel provides a low stress environment to dentistry which can be very high stress to patients. Most importantly, Dr. Patel is not "procedure happy" which is to say he will err on the side of "wait and see" as compared to "fix it now". A great patient experience. Highly recommend!

Let me start by saying how impressed and satisfied we were with Dr.Patel, his office and his staff. My mum is visiting us from India and she was suffering with toothache over the whole weekend. I walked into the office and the staff were friendly and gave an immediate appointment for my mother. Dr.Patel was thorough in his analysis and suggested that we remove the tooth. We got my mom for her apt the next day and Dr.Patel did an amazing job explaining every step of the way to ease my mum's anxiety and pulled out the stubborn decayed tooth within 15 minutes. No damage to bone or tissue. She is recovering well thanks to Dr.Patel. Thank you so much Dr.Patel!!

Dr. Patel is a very patient and gentle dentist. I have severe dental phobia and Dr. Patel has been extremely patient with me and made sure that I was always very comfortable and could trust him throughout every procedure. Their office is very clean and organized. His entire staff is very friendly and also accommodates my fears about coming to the dentist. I had scraping done to my gums on Tuesday and I was pleasantly surprised that it was almost painless. Dr. Patel and Christina had told me previously that its not a real painful procedure and they were correct. They put me at ease and I must say that everyone in their office is very professional and friendly. I proudly give them FIVE STARS.

I thoroughly enjoyed my first visit to Dr. Patel's office. The staff are friendly and accommodating and the facilities are state of the art. Dr. Patel's office has all the technology (and more) that I had grown use to with my dentist in Austin. The waiting room is very comfortable and has a Keurig machine with a great selection of k-cups (Starbucks coffee included). I'll be bringing the rest of my family here.

It can be scary searching and searching, trying desperately to find a good dentist, but look no farther!! Prosper Smiles and Dr. Patel are everything you have been searching for. The establishment is extra clean and inviting. He is always on time for appointments. The staff and dental assistants are superb, friendly and very helpful. Dr. Patel is an excellent dentist, the friendliest man you could meet and exceptional at thoroughly answering any questions you might have. Great bedside manner also. I think he would be the choice dentist for kids, adults or elderly patients. Dr. Patel was the first new dentist I had seen as an adult, (seeing that I had always gone to the same dentist from a young age up until I was about 22) and I was incredibly pleased with the overall experience and will definitely be a lifelong patient. Happy that I found a new dentist I could feel comfortable with and trust and you should be too!

The staff were very professional; service was quick and friendly. The office is very neat. Couple of suggestions: suggest placing some magazines in the rooms; as well as small disposable cups at the sink. I think you are off to a great start at a great location. Good luck!
