I have a massive fear of the dentist to the point I put off seeing the dentist to get a referral to have my wisdom teeth removed for the last 4 years .. I went in for my appointment to obtain said referral & get a cleaning & not only were they extremely nice but in the new patient forms one of their questions is “what are some of your concerns & what DON’T you want to happen in todays visit” or something like that & i explained my fear & asked that they not make any comments or be harsh on me when it comes to my teeth because I am extremely insecure about my mouth , etc. & they did all of that & then some . They made sure they explained everything they were doing before doing it so i understood & were overall really sweet & super nice . Not once was I made to feel bad about my teeth or how they looked & at the end of my X-rays & the dentist looking at my teeth himself they explained they were skipping my cleaning simply because upon hearing the explanation of my wisdom teeth , how badly they’ve been hurting lately & then seeing them for himself , he decided to skip the cleaning for my appointment & said it was because he could see what I was talking about with my wisdom teeth & could only imagine how much pain I’m in & how uncomfortable it is for me in general , he didn’t want to inflict more pain &/or me be anymore uncomfortable having to hold my mouth open for that long so they decided to skip the cleaning & I thought that was just super sweet because 1. I have yet (until my appointment) to meet a dentist that WONT give me a hard time in regard to my teeth &/or make me feel like trash for the way my teeth look but 2. Is kind enough &/or thoughtful enough to take me into consideration & the discomfort the cleansing might inflict on me & skip it till further notice . Overall , if I could , I’d give more than 5 stars & I highly recommend anyone & everyone to pick them as their dentist because they’re not only amazing but they ACTUALLY take your concerns into consideration & do everything they can to make you feel comfortable . It is 110% a judgement free zone & I love that .

Everything went well with dentist and very friendly staff members. Had two crowns successfully completed and my first cleaning with an excellent hygienist. Appreciate the fact that Dr. Po attended UCLA, a university I have worked with in the past.

I have been to many dentists in my 78 years and non have been as awesome as Dr. Po and his staff. They are all warm and friendly and very efficient. Our family has had the pleasure of having Dr. PO and his staff take care of our dental healthcare for over 11-years - we would not dream of going to any other dentist. Dr Po is gentle, kind, highly, skilled and efficient- the staff is friendly and kind - the overall experience is very personable and appreciated by us. My wife had a serious issue with a very large bridge - Dr Po and the staff from Rainbow Dental did not turn us away - their office was open on Saturday and saw us immediately due to the nature of the situation - this was our first visit, but they treated us as if we had been going to their office for years. We would highly recommend Dr Po and his team to anyone and have done so any time we are asked us if we new of great dentist office.

Dr. Po is very friendly and so professional on what a great dentist shoold be. He spent time and recheck with his works every time. The front desk staff, specifically Jessie, was friendly, efficient, professional. Dr. Po spent a lot of time with me explaining exactly what he was doing and his plan of treatment options, WITHOUT exhibiting a condescending attitude. He was pleasant, soft spoken, and professional. Rainbow Dental is hands down the Best dental office in Las Vegas. My entire family goes here. The front desk staff are all friendly and always try to accommodate me with me busy schedule. Jesse at the front desk is warm and welcoming. Dr. Po is so gentle and professional and so good at what he does. Not to mention the super cool assistants he has! I received some of the best looking dental work from this place and I highly recommend them if you’re looking for quality care!

Rainbow Dental Care has gone far above and beyond normal requirements for taking care of customers in my case. For two or three different situations that I have been dealing with, they have done everything that they can to solve the problem. They have interfaced with my medical doctor to make certain that the treatments that both of them are giving me work together and hopefully we'll solve the problems that I have. With respect to pure Dentistry they are very very good,and again, they go the extra mile to make sure their customers are well taken care of. Everyone that I have dealt with in the practice: front office, hygienists, x-ray technicians, and Doctor Poe himself are well-educated, experienced, caring, and very capable. I have had an awfully lot of dentists during six Decades of life, and I definitely find these to be the very best I have ever been associated with. I tend to judge a dentist in a snap judgement when the dentist tells me that I might need a root canal. There are many dentists who actually do unnecessary root canals, and my benchmark is one who says that he doesn't have do it when he actually is in your mouth doing the work. One thing that I encountered with Doctor Po is that as he was telling me that he did not need to do the root canal, he told me that he was going to give me a shot which might or might not make sure that I didn't need it. This shot does cost extra, and I was hesitant because of the extra cost. However he explained that it gave me a much better chance of not having to go back in and do a root canal later. They explained that there were no guarantees, but the chances were good. I felt that it was well worth the extra investment, and it was borne out by the fact that I had no root canal at all. This has happened twice. I understand that some patients do complain about it, but I highly recommend a positive response. They aren't going to lie to you about things like that, they do their very best to save you money in any way that they can. Satisfaction is common, disappointment has been non-existent. Two thumbs up!

I have been going to rainbow dental for about 2 months now as the result from a referral from Dr. Glyman. I had head and neck radiation and I needed a very special dentist to do an extensive amount of intricate dental work so that other problems wouldn’t present themselves. Besides the great work Dr. Po does he also referred me to RedRock Endodontics for other work and they were also very professional and took great care of me. Jessie at rainbow dental is a true professional and works hard with you and your insurance to get you covered the best possible way. If Jessie isn’t available ask for Jill because she will also work hard for the patient and make the insurance company do there part. My family and I have been patients of Dr. Po at Rainbow Dental for many years and every time we go there, they always exceeds our expectations in service, friendless and quality of care. A perfect example a couple of weeks ago Dr. Po referred me to another specialist to take a look at one of my teeth and the other specialist determined that Dr. Po needed to replace one of my filling before going any further. I was in my car leaving the other specialist office when Jesse from Rainbow Dental called to schedule me to get that filling done !! I mean that was fast. They are always on top of things. Being someone who experiences pretty severe anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist, it's crazy to think that my dentist's office is a place I no longer fear. I went from shaking and (forgive me) biting Dr. Po on my first visit to walking in and out with a smile, virtually anxiety free and it is all thanks to the amazing staff at Rainbow Dental Care. Jessie is always super helpful and sweet and calls me to remind me I have an appointment so I never miss one. Great staff in general, everyone is awesome about explaining everything that is happening throughout your procedure and keeping the experience as relaxing and positive as possible. Dr. Po even calls to follow up after a procedure to see how you are doing! I never thought I would be able to go back to the dentist again and will be forever grateful that I found Dr. Po's office when I did.

I have never been fond of going to the dentist , in fact worry and stew for days ahead of going . I can honestly say that it was a lot of stewing about nothing . My first experience with a new dentist in 30 years. I have a very small mouth and this was a long procedure so I was not looking forward to it. All of the staff was very welcoming and spent time explaining each step. They did everything they could to keep me comfortable and make the over all experience positive. I'm so glad to have found Dr Poe and his caring and professional staff for my dental work in my new city.
