I have been a client of Tuscany Dental for many years, and have consistently received the highest quality dental care each time I visit. The office environment is well-decorated and immaculately clean. The very latest in dental technologies are applied each time I visit, even for routine cleanings and x-rays. Dr. Duque is exceptionally professional and very friendly. Her staff makes it a point to ensure patient satisfaction with every visit. I originally just walk in off the street looking for Dental care and the representative at the desk spoke with me and set me up for immediate care as soon as possible. Tuscany Dental Care is now my personal dental provider. The staff from bottom to top is excellent as well as the service provided. From the greeting at the door to the finish product leaving the building. They take the time to explain what is going on with any and all issue in your mouth and help map a preventive plan to continue fight any further issues that may araise. They have taken care of my tooth aches and a crack molar and the service and care was note worry. Excellent care has been provided for me at Tuscany

My experience has always exceeded my expectations. Not only is there attention to the detail of my dental needs, but also the personal attention to the patient. For example, waiting time is almost non-existent. Also, the dental tech and dentist explain my condition and needs whenever I request more information. I have been with Tuscany for over 5 years, and I am more than satisfied. Since starting with them, I have brought my spouse on board because of the value and quality of service there.

I would like to describe my experience with Tuscany Dental Care as the best I have ever received. I am over 50 years old and spent over my share of time at the dentist office. At Tuscany I felt overly comfortable from the time I walked in to present. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure that you are comfortable, and that you are aware of all procedures they are going to perform, including the cost, time, and projected outcome of each. I will be moving out of the San Antonio area shortly and will need to search for another dentist. Really going to miss the care, professionalism, and friendliness of this dental office. I discovered Tuscany Dental Care because I was in need of a dentist to correct a cavity issue I had at the time. After contacting my insurance provider I made an appointment and was introduced to Dr. Nancy Duque and her staff. What I found was a relaxed atmosphere with professionals who focused their attention to my needs and provided the one thing that is essential in good customer service - they listened to me. I say this because they take the time to answer your questions and provide suggestions/guidance to help you make the best decisions for your smile. An example of this is I was in need of getting implants; the problem is I didn't know whether I should go the bridge route or permanent molar implants. Dr. Duque explained the pros/cons of both procedures to help me with my decision making. Her staff has offered to research ways for me to make the best use of my insurance coverage to help reduce my costs and I appreciate that.
