From the moment I walked into your store. I was impressed by the amount of samples available. I explained my situation to Larry, explaining I needed this carpeting quickly. Larry was courteous, professional and really helpful. Based on my selections he sent away for samples. He came out to my home later that day and I returned to the store a few days later. Based on my needs and carpet selections, Larry suggested an in house carpeting which I fell in love with. My carpet was installed the following week and it’s beautiful. The price was very fair. This company and their staff including Dawn are outstanding. I highly urge anyone looking for flooring to consider Universal. I know if I need carpeting in the near future, they will be my first choice. Forget Big Box stores. I believe in supporting my local businesses!

The sales reps were professional, knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. They provided excellent service! We ordered the carpet at the beginning of December and it was installed before Christmas, which was astounding. The installers did a fantastic job; they placed my furniture back in place, cleaned the area,and were friendly and efficient. Great work! The carpet we ordered was what we were looking for and I am happy with the results.

Cary Saar, owner, and his staff were professional and very experienced with the decision making process to update our condo flooring. He did an in home estimate and brought samples that were relative to our needs which helped "narrow the search." The installers went above my expectations. Their skill level was superb. They kept the work areas organized and clean. They installed shoe molding which does look better than quarter round. They used leveling compound to make sure the floor would be ready for new luxury vinyl plank. They carefully removed and then replace all of the closet doors. They remedied some transition areas and even swept and vacuumed when the job was completed! The job began and ended as scheduled and there were no surprises. Thank you for helping us complete a beautiful project. My tenant was able to move in the next day!

LOVED our experience. From the minute we walked in all our questions were answered. We explained what we were looking for in terms of carpet and pad. We were directed to the carpets that fit our need. Once we narrowed down the selection we were ordered larger samples to put in the various rooms to make our final selection. The installation was professional and quick- a whole house in 2 days. Would give 6 stars if I could!

I love my new carpeting. It’s better than I expected from the sample. It is so plush and feels so great to walk on it. It was an excellent value. I did checkout a variety of local carpeting companies. I picked Universal because of the reviews, the quality of the carpet and the value. Larry is the associate that worked with us. He was professional and knowledgeable. He explained all of my options so that I could make an informed decision. I appreciate his time and thoughtful consideration. I was looking to purchase a very high quality carpet that would last for many years. They have a great selection of carpet, and were very helpful with gathering statistics on a few brands so that I could easily compare and make a choice. I had an emergency that required a last minute change of the installation date. They were so helpful and went out of their way to accommodate our need to reschedule for a different time on the same date. The installers were professional and friendly, and most importantly, did a very good job. The carpet looks great, and the seams are not noticeable at all. Cary was great and responded quickly to questions through emails and phone calls. I would not hesitate to recommend Universal to family and friends, and will no doubt buy here again.

Hi LARRY & All, We Want to say how much we enjoyed dealing with your company Universal Carpet.sanding & refinishing our floors.we had 3 people over to give pricing universal was in the middle price wise. but salesman Larry sold us.sometimes you just know & larry was great explaining & assuring that universal was a long standing & good company that prides themself on a job well done.I looked up a few reviews lots of nice words so we set it up to be done while we were on Vacation.We left a little worried hoping we made the right decision. So We walked in after a week Vaca. & the wife was almost in tears it looked so nice. thank you thank you! I had already gotten 2 estimates but my daughter said "try Universal, they are going to do mine". So I called - made an appointment and Larry came to measure and give me an estimate. Larry suggested I visit the showroom to look at carpet samples - which I did. The estimate was definitely affordable for me. I picked out carpet and floor tile colors. What was so wonderful was I had no pressure - because I had painting, cabinet rearrangements, lighting fixtures, new stove and exhaust fan to be installed. Larry said to contact him two weeks before I was ready for installation and they would set a date. My daughters and I did what we could to make the furniture lighter - easier for moving. Josh and Jake were my installers - fantastic people. Moved everything - making sure I wasn't blocked in from my TV and bathroom. They went about their jobs - hardly knew they were here. Questions were asked by me and answered fully. I was just overwhelmed when the job was done - all the furniture moved back into place - floor vacuumed - a kitchen/dining area to be proud of. I have recommended Universal to many people.

The salesman was excellent, recommending good quality products. We are very pleased with the carpeting and kitchen flooring. Also, the installers were very courteous and installed the flooring quickly and efficiently. They also did an excellent job of cleaning up after the project was complete.
