Our stay at Eva Villa Maui was nothing short of paradise! The property itself is an absolute tropical sanctuary—every corner is overflowing with vibrant beauty. Walking around the grounds, we were completely surrounded by fresh citrus trees loaded with tangerines, lush lilies, soothing koi ponds, towering coconut palms, and sprawling avocado trees. It truly felt like living in a picture-perfect Maui postcard. If you're looking for an incredible spot to eat nearby, we highly recommend heading into Kihei for dinner at Fred's Mexican Cafe. The atmosphere was so much fun, and the food and drinks were top-notch! For future guests planning a day trip, our biggest piece of advice is regarding the trip to Hana: the magic isn't just arriving in Hana—it's the journey along the Road to Hana itself! Don't rush to get to the end point. Instead, make a full day out of the drive and take your time stopping at all the incredible sights along the way. Make sure you don't miss hiking through the Bamboo Forest, wandering through the Garden of Eden Arboretum, and cooling off at Twin Falls. Take it slow, enjoy the stops, and soak in every minute of the drive!

Staying at Eva Villa Maui was an absolute dream, and from the moment we arrived, we felt completely relaxed and immersed in island paradise. One of our favorite parts of each day was waking up to the gentle sounds of birds chirping outside our window—it was the most peaceful, natural wake-up call imaginable. During our stay, we made sure to experience as much of Maui’s beauty and flavor as possible. We had an unforgettable dinner at Mama's Fish House, where the fresh catch and incredible atmosphere made it a true highlight of our trip. Watching the sunrise from the summit of Haleakala was a surreal, bucket-list experience that completely took our breath away, and every evening ended with stunning sunsets painting the sky in vibrant shades of orange and pink. For a fun, casual bite and great margaritas right by the water, Fred's Mexican Restaurant was another fantastic spot we loved. We couldn't have asked for a better stay and will definitely be back—mahalo for such a wonderful experience!

The trip was absolutely amazing. Sunset from the back deck of Pacific Villa was just stunning. We also decided to get up super early and take the trip to Haleakalā crater. It was well worth it if you decide to go take a jacket because it was chilly up there. We are definitely coming back to Maui and we're going to stay right here at Pacific Villa. The property is amazing the hosts Bob and Susan were delightful and we couldn't imagine a better stay. My last recommendation is to enjoy where you are. It is so easy to say we're gonna do three activities on this day and if you do, you will feel like you're being rushed. It is so much better to enjoy the activity to the fullest, then try to cram in too many things you can always come back to Maui and you will, of course.

We really enjoyed dinner at Fred’s Mexican Restaurant, and the Quicksilver Maui whale watch was one of the highlights of our trip. We’d also absolutely do the Road to Hana again, but our advice is not to make Hana itself the goal. Take your time, stop at the waterfalls, explore along the way, and enjoy the journey. Some of our favorite memories came from those unexpected stops.
