Sarayah appeared to be working alone on the day I came in to pick up my order. We ordered 5 pizzas for our daughters birthday party as we've had good experiences with Romeo's, and we needed pizza for a 1pm party on Saturday and nowhere else was able to make it happen, so my wife ordered o line. When I arrived, Sarayah had several orders ready for pickup, orders on her screen, and orders (including mine)coming out of the oven. She was very polite and professional, hreeted me and got my info, and clearly had everything handled well. I waited a few moments as she completed my order, but not before apologizing for the delay(My pickup time was 12:45, it was now 12:48, hardly an inconvenience). She presented them all with a smile, and promptly went over to complete another order on her screen. Every pizza was party cut as we requested, at good temperature and well portioned. She asked if I would like to leave a review and i jumped at the opportunity. I even downloaded the app and grabbed a coupon flyer to take home, and was more than happy to give the cash I had in my pocket (Maybe $8? Wish I had had more) to the tip jar, as she definitely earned it and then some. 15/10 Would recommend Sarayah @ Romeo's Pizza Galion, we'll definitely be back soon.
