Jazelle is awesome!! when it comes to customer service she sets the tone. She knows me by name when I come in down to the 2 garlic sauces I get. Anytime I go to a diff pizza place I compare them to those Romeos and they don’t match up. I’ve seen them packed and she keeps her composure and her smile all the time. She’s the main reason I keep coming back to Romeos as much as I do

Jazelle was amazing and helped increase my experience in a positive way with you all. She has been an incredible host. I have had the same consistent experience with her the last 4 times that I have ordered from you all. She is definitely one of the reasons that I have returned. I truly appreciate her hospitality and she is an outstanding representative of Romeos Pizza.

People on the phone do a great job. They help me with my order.
The people at the counter seem to know me and are reaching for my pizza before I even get through the door. I am an old man and they restore my faith in todays youth.

I love coming into your store for the BOGO Tuesday pizza deal. Whenever Jazelle is working, she sees me come in the door, walks over to the pizza holding area and hands me my pizza. I don’t even have to say who I am. She is always so pleasant and has a smile on her face! Love your store! Thanks for the great service!
