I tried the Eggplant Rollatini and was blown away by how tender and flavorful it was. The ricotta filling was creamy and seasoned just right, and the marinara tasted like it had simmered all day. I would give this dish six stars if I could.

I ordered the Chicken Parmesan tonight and it was absolutely incredible. The crust was light and crispy, the sauce tasted homemade, and the cheese was melted to perfection. Hands down the best Chicken Parm I’ve had in years.

I ordered the Avocado Hamburger, and it was perfect. The onions made it jump, and the avocado sauce was amazing. I typically order my hamburger medium rare, and Rosie's is the only restaurant that gets it right every single time. Thanks for making the perfect hamburger.
