With the recent spell of extremely cold weather and snow, our sewer line was clogged. Lorenzo was dispatched and worked diligently, even in the very cold weather to clear the clog, not just once, but twice. He was extremely professional and hard working. Ryan also came out to do the video inspection to make sure they got the clogged areas and check for potential issues. This is not an easy job and it's a dirty job, but Lorenzo and Ryan were both professional and courteous and showed up promptly when they were scheduled. Behind the scenes were the customer service reps answering the phones, scheduling and helping coordinate everything that needed to be done and answer questions. Shout out to Tiara, Tina, Ashley, Jessica and Phylicia for the excellent job they do to help all the customers. And a big thank you to Tim for making sure everything was completed and done satisfactorily. We've been using A-1 since 2008 and have always been very pleased with the work that they have done. A-1 is an A+ company you can count on for great customer service, timely and reliable work.

Drew recently came to our house to repair a cold air return vent. He showed up at the scheduled time, was extremely professional, skilled and provided wonderful customer service. Before he started the project Drew outlined the steps he would be taking to repair the vent. Once he was done he explained everything he did, things to look for in the future and asked if there were any questions we had before he left AND he cleaned up his work space after he was done. I also appreciated that Drew wore his boot covers when entering the house. Drew gets an A+ !!

Excellent in all areas, quality, customer service, especially your service technician, Cole. Examined the problems I have had on a furnace installed not 2 years old as of the service date. I have already scheduled another appointment to continue correcting HVAC problems that should have been completed when the furnace was installed. I will be continuing all service in the future with A-1. Prices are very reasonable and competitive. Thank you Cole.

Service technician arrived within 2 hours of our call. Diagnosed the problem quickly, thoroughly checked the heating system and was very helpful is explaining everything. Had us running in a very short period of time and cost was reasonable. Highly recommend.

Our inspection was completed quickly and efficiently. The inspector explained everything he was doing and answered all of my questions. He was even cautious to clean up after his work was completed. I've used you guys for years when it comes to my main line backing up due to tree roots and always had top notch and quick service. This experience was no different. This is the first time I've had A-1 HVAC service our furnace. The technician, Marcos Thomas, was friendly and very knowledgeable and thorough on the annual inspection and tune-up. He spent the time to show me his findings and explain everything. I was very impressed with him and would love to have him back again next time.
