Fantastic.

I was very impressed with this company all around. Best Prices, Best customer service, best Home Study option. Sasha is the reason I recommend all my friends to this company. I had an issue with one the options that was included with the home study and she did not rest until it was resolved. Their sales team also did an amazing job at simplifying the process and explaining to me why now is the best time to get solar panels and how to make it affordable for anyone.

We made a check list of all the items to be covered by 1800 Solar USA, and everything they told us they would do, they have done, in a timely and professional fashion.

The experience with 1800 Solar USA has been nothing but positive to this point, Jake was great in explaining the system for us and how it works to bring down our energy cost and worked us through all the need to know issues as far as financing goes. One of the biggest draws for us at this time was the return on investment with the added value to the house. Just seeing the amount that it added made this an easy purchase on our part.

The first contact was very informative. Tim was Our sales person. Tim did an inspection of our home from top to bottom to ensure we got every thing we needed,in fact Tim explaned the whole process and what the cost would be. All phone contacts with 1 800 solar USA have been handled very professionally. What i liked the most was no presure. We took a few days to consider our options. So far everything has been top notch. I would recommend 1 800 Solar USA for anyone considering going solar.

Anita did a great job of explaining the process. I explained from the beginning that because of our age, (75, and that we are now considered by the City of Houston to be in an area that if a person decides to rebuild, which our home will be, the home has to be built up. Those two factors would negate any benefit to our children when they sell. One house down the street had really been upgraded up it was sold ONLY for lot value. They were unable to recoup any of their investment. We had to decline.

Like the plan, much better then others I have seen, well explained too but i find that the cost is too high and even with all the rebates and discounts 20 years to re-coupe is just too long .

Morgan was very personallble and knew the product . Explained everything in detail and answered my questions. He was not high pressure which I deeply appreciated and do not tolerate. High pressure sales tactics are absolutely the worst way to engage customers and I felt non of that . The reason I did not accept the offer was simply my own personal reasons at the time .. Cost mainly and the loan. I wanted more time got my own further research as this was my first time looking into solar energy. I would want Morgan back should I decide to Perdue another offer from Solareorld.

Yes, all the cost were laid out for me and that is why I choose to go with 1-800 solar instead of other competitors in the area. Not only did I appreciate being able to always contact someone with a concern, but they made sure to always take care of all my concerns right away. As a realtor I will recommend all my clients to 1-800 solar.
