Dr. Low and his awesome staff always make me feel at ease, even though I am a high anxiety patient. The front office staff is respectful and accommodating. Every member of the team of professionals take extra care to make sure every procedure is performed with very little to no discomfort. I recently had a two hour procedure and felt no pain. Dr. Low and Jennifer explained each step so I would know how close I was to the end of the procedure. I left the office feeling grateful for their compassion and for having a dental team that truly does go above and beyond.

I have been coming to Dr. Low and his staff for many years now. It's for several reasons: They know their business. I never feel that they're rushing me out the door to service other clients - they care and are very patient. Dr. Low and staff explain processes of the treatments in full detail and value all questions. They treat you as though you're a relative. I think he is unique in that he calls and checks on how you feel on his weekends and days off-that's super special! Never once have I ever felt that they valued money more than me or the quality of service that they provide. My work was completed today. I was sad because I won't be seeing my "family" as often. We hugged and smiled--that's precious service that you don't normally receive in these days and times.

"Above and Beyond...." is certainly an appropriate name for this dental practice! Dr Low and his whole team are professional perfectionists who continually exceed my expectations! Having undergone previous extensive dental work, including major mandibular surgery, I recognize that I am not the easiest person to work on and I am a pretty picky customer as well! Always patient, always keeping me comfortable and informed, I have nothing but kudos for the staff of Above and Beyond Dentistry and Implants. I had three implants inserted by Dr. Low and his staff and I could not be happier! They fit and match my natural teeth perfectly! I love my implants and would not hesitate to recommend them over alternate removable appliances, nor would I hesitate to recommend this practice!

I am happy to recommend Dr. Low and his entire staff at Above and Beyond Dentistry. Not only is everyone friendly and professional, but they provide excellent care while I'm in one of their treatment chairs. I recently needed a crown, and my experience was very positive. They explained the process and scheduled me in right away. During the procedure, I felt no discomfort due to Dr. Low's expert application of the anesthetic. Only several teeth surrounding the area were numb, which meant that I was able to speak clearly without my face feeling dead. They also have a comfortable apparatus that keeps the tongue safely out of the way while he and his assistants complete their work. I appreciate knowing that their team is there to handle my dental needs.

Dr. Low and staff recognize that they are as much in the people business as there to provide quality dental care in a warm and fuzzy setting. Truth be told I get apprehensive when it comes to dental issues. Some of my previous dental experiences at other offices have been less than ideal and unfortunately left me fearful and frustrated. When I found Above & Beyond Dentistry I was made to feel welcomed and put at ease both by the friendly competence of the staff and the pleasant environment of the office itself. Throughout my procedure, Dr. Kevin Low routinely checked on me to ensured that I was comfortable and my experience was pain-free. I appreciate everyone’s caring nature and the quality work you have done with my teeth. Thank you!
