After 5 years of receiving only 2 cases and some significant client services issues, we decided to try another agency. In an instance, we noticed the difference. Adoption Alliance was not only quick in their responses, but they put compassion and respect behind ever correspondence. They understood what it was like to be an expectant parent and explained ever step of the process in a simple and straight forward way. The best part is, they allow every family a chance to be selected by the birth parents. So after 1 week of having our paperwork completed with the agency, we received a phone call that an expectant mother had chosen us. We wholeheartedly recommend Adoption Alliance for any family who wants to work with a caring and considerate agency.

The Adoption Alliance staff is professional, knowledgeable, experienced, and honest. Every person we interacted with was fantastic. They anticipated questions and provided necessary perspective. In an experience full of unknowns, they equipped us with as many knowns as possible. When we were sleep deprived and crazed with worry about a false positive TB test (required by our state for the home study we were in the process of updating when we got the call), they were the calming voice of reason. When we had the opportunity to move across the country to be closer to family before the adoption was finalized, the staff worked with us to figure out the logistics. 2. This is the most important: The Adoption Alliance staff will move mountains to advocate for the women and families who are considering working with them to make an adoption plan. We became a waiting family with Adoption Alliance around the end of November. In mid-July an amazing woman chose our profile, and in mid-August the girl who would become our daughter arrived. And now it is one year later. That baby girl is light and life and joy -- she's everything. And the mama who gave her birth is a big part of our lives -- and that is everything, too. If we were to grow our family again, Adoption Alliance will be our first call.
