Going to the dentist is never fun but the workers here made it not too bad. The quality was very well done and really took their time. Also they offer comfort items such as blankets and pillows. I myself chose the lavender diffuser which was relaxing. I was pleasantly surprised with this office and would recommend it to anyone.

Last week I had an emergency and I could not find any dentist ,out of a dozen calls, to address my issue. I had met with two dentist prior to going to Advanced. Aside from billing me for their poor advice, the other dentists had and would have continued to leave me in discomfort and distress. After describing my situation over the phone, they saw me immediately. Once at the office, every member of the staff and the doctors showed great compassion and sincere desire to help me. Not only did they treat my situation with urgency, they used all the tools at their disposal to make me as comfortable as possible. They are honest and put my needs first. My only fear about going to such a first rate facility was cost. I could not have been happier with my bill, which was a small fraction of what previous dentist were billing me. I plan to learn more about becoming a client in program and saving even more money. I rarely leave reviews, but I am also rarely as impressed. From the location and facility to the staff and Doctors, I am very pleased to have finally found an affordable dentist that I can trust to give me the quality care I need to fix the years of neglect and damage that my previous dentists have caused. Days after my visit, I am feeling great and I owe it all to them. Thank you Advanced Dentistry for all your help, you truly are advanced beyond the norm of any dentists I have used in all my 45 years.

My experience with Advanced Dentistry of Collegeville should be prefaced with the fact that they are a Class A-One team of professionals that are like a family. From Doctor Nelly Silva and her leadership to collect a quality team of assistants- all qualified and with happy temperaments, the experience of dentistry work, becomes pleasurable. I feel like they are family away from family -- always on time with appointments, and their billing procedure is great and timely. I do not mind traveling to Collegeville to get this type of great service. I often leave after dental work...singing a song- that is good treatment. I appreciate them. I would highly recommend them.

I took my four year old son here for a second opinion. I was told by his previous dentist that had six cavities, was talked down to as if I was a bad mother, and led to believe that general anesthesia was the only way. I was devastated. I came to Advanced Dentistry and I couldn't be happier that I did! They reassured me of how easy it is for children to get cavities. Never once talking or looking at me any kind of way. They were surprised that his dentist had recommended general anesthesia for fillings alone. They were confident that they could take care of all six with local anesthetic. I cannot begin to explain the relief I felt. Then after a quick exam, they told me that my son actually only had two cavities! I made the appointment and they were able to fill the cavities with no problems! As you could expect, I transferred my other kids the next day. Every single person I have met at this office has been great. Dr. Silva is amazing! I never have to wait, and my kids like it there. I am a lifer :)
