I was very comfortable and the quality of the care was fantastic, both Micheal and his associates did an amazing job. It was quick perfect teeth cleaning and convenient as well.

Quick and easy. Waiting room is comfortable and staff is helpful and kind. Never had to wait for too long and dental work was done efficiently. Dr. MacInnes is a very nice man and clearly cares about his patients.

I found the staff to be very friendly and knowledgeable with what they are doing. They always ask if there is anything that will make my time there more comfortable. I have been going to him for years and I definitely plan on staying with him and his team.

My experience with Dr. MacInnes has been great! He had made me feel very comfortable during every appointment that I have had with him and he has done a great job every time! He makes you want to comeback time and time again with how well he does his job. He enjoys getting to know his patients and that is a big way of how he makes you feel not only that you can trust him but he does it in a calming and comfortable way so that you aren’t in any pain or discomfort during your appointment. I would highly recommend him to family and friends that are looking for quality care and outstanding service.

Always a nice feeling going to Dr Macinnes office . The team is great and caring. What I like the most is that Dr Macinnes will do what is necessary to keep my teeth healthy without pushing into non- needed extra tooth work.

For five years, Dr Macinnes and his wonderful staff has taken good care of my teeth, making sure that they are regularly cleaned once every three to four months. Growing up, going to the dentist has always been terrifying. But a visit to Michael A Macinnes, DDS, PLLC changes everything, It is always a good feeling leaving the clinic after every appointment, knowing that everything is okay.

Whenever going to this dentist office I always feel comfortable with the front desk staff, technicians, and the doctor. The level of care given is exceptional as well. The location is very nice too, and the inside of the building is always clean and professional. I would recommend this dentist office to anyone looking for a great, kind, and friendly dentist.

I'm 68 years old, so I've been to a few dentists in my life. Dr. MacInnes and his staff are definitely the best. I recently moved 45 minutes north and I will still continue to have Dr. MacInnes as my dentist because, not only is he a great dentist and a kind man, I TRUST him. His staff also is great, and I attribute that to Dr. MacInnes's leadership. Good place to work = good attitude. Beautiful office to boot!

Dr. MacInnes & his entire team are phenomenal. I started coming here after a raving review from a close friend of mine. I wasn't raised with dental exams every six months, so I had a ton of anxiety about going to the dentist. Dr. Michael A. MacInnes & his entire team have been exceptional with every one of my appointments. From the moment you walk in to the office you are greeted with a friendly front desk staff with professionalism, experience & kindness. The waiting area is clean & welcoming. Amanda the dental hygienist is calm, knowledgeable & caring. Dr. Michael A. MacInnes took the time to explain all of the work that my teeth needed. He was sincere, professional, compassionate, gentle, and genuine. I couldn't be happier with his phenomenal bedside manner. When I came back in for my follow up appointments his dental assistant Ellie was so soothing with all my anxiety & excellent at ensuring that I was completely taken care of from the moment I sat in the chair, to the moment I got up to leave. When Dr. MacInnes had to get me numb for my appointments it was gentle…let's be honest if you've ever had a needle in your mouth it isn't pleasant, but he has a gentle touch. I usually am apprehensive when it comes to needles, but I haven't had any hesitation since I've been in their care. I found them to be genuinely caring about my overall oral health. After going to the same dentist office in Factoria for nearly 30 years, first impressions were to be everything in my first visit. It was fantastic, very warm welcome upon my arrival, great attention to the details for the entire visit. The other dentist office had lost focus on the patients and was only focused on growth/expansion. Really happy I have found a new home for my dental care.

I used to hate going to the dentist so much that I had stopped going. I switched to Dr Macinnes and now I go regularly and I am seeing the results -- good checkups, healthy teeth and healthy gums. The difference is that I trust Dr Macinnes and his staff -- they are authentic, kind, professional and not at all scary :)

I received excellent care today during my office visit. Crystal did an exceptional job cleaning my teeth. She was attentive and caring. She stopped her procedure as soon as my hand went up in the air! I just had a tickle in my throat and needed to cough. Dr. MacInnes did a thorough exam on my teeth and studied my X-rays carefully. I received a clean bill of health when my visit was completed. I was on my lunch hour and I was in the dental chair for my cleaning for only 50 minutes. The staff was friendly, punctual and very professional. I would highly recommend Dr. MacInnes and his staff.

Please post this everywhere: dr Mcginnes and his staff are more modern than any other dentist in the area which allows them to provide services in ways that are far better for me as a patient. That combined with his soft touch has left me with the easiest recoveries after treatment that I've ever had. His fees are reasonable and his dedication to providing affordable service makes him the best dentist I've ever been to.

Every experience I've had has been great. They are professional and efficient but also everyone is always kind and friendly from the second you walk in the door. I have never had a bad experience there and you can tell they take great pride in their work and make sure every little detail Is correct. I love this dentist office and all the staff! Everyone is so kind and friendly. I always feel comfortable and relaxed when getting services here. I would highly recommend this dental practice to anyone. Also my son and daughter started coming here in 3rd and 5th grade, Dr. Maclnnes is great with kids and people of all ages.

I am quite satisfied with the service with regard to quality of care, comfort and convenience. One small suggestion: I have been to other dental service providers where they are equipped with TV and headphone and patients can enjoy Netflix while getting dental care. Personally I think that is a good distraction for the patients during dental procedures.

I have been a patient for several years and I have experienced the best of care. The staff is both professional, well trained, and personable. I am greeted by my first name and the entire staff always ready to check me in and have my dental insurance paperwork prepared and up to date. The hygienists are gentle and thorough. I consistently receive outstanding dental care. Dr. MacInnes has the most up to date dental equipment and he is the most personable dentist I have ever gone to.
