I am very satisfied with the care I receive from this clinic. Dr. Hayes and his staff are very attentive. I have never waited more than five minutes in the waiting room and the wait is also minimal once I have been processed and taken to a room. Dr. Hayes truly listens to your issues and remembers every visit you have had with him. He also makes it his mission to improve your foot health. Thanks for your service!

Our experience with Alabama Podiatry Care was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. The doctor had a great bedside manner, and used excellent communication skills to explain what our options were and the procedure protocol. I would recommend this facility to anyone!

I was most pleased with the care provided at Alabama Podiatry in Hoover. The staff was friendly and extremely courteous. The office was beautifully appointed and the wait time for my appointment was minimal. Excellent in every way. Dr Hayes fixed an ingrown toe nail in a matter of minutes and after a treatment my feet feel so good. Staff...especially Bonnie...are professional but also friendly and efficient.

I had a great experience on my visit. The staff was very friendly. I especially enjoyed the caring and personable nurse who took care of me. Dr. Hayes was excellent. He made me feel at ease and comfortable to talk to about my problem, and was knowledgeable about my condition. I have a good game plan now instead of suffering, and Dr. Hayes was instrumental in making that happen.

My first appointment was absolutely wonderful! The staff was so friendly and the check in process was very quick. I printed out the forms online so they were done when I got to the office. Everyone was so nice and the office is very clean. Dr Hayes was so helpful with my foot problem and I feel like I am on the road to a quick recovery. So glad that a family member referred me to Alabama Podiatry. Looking forward to a long relationship with this office.

Excellent staff and very experienced knowledgeable physisican that cares about the best for my children and there feet !!! My diabetic daughter had plantar warts that could have been removed surgically but thank goodness for your office that helped her with no surgery or risk of unnesscary complications from surgery on the feet due to her diabetes . Her warts were gone with non invasive treatment thanks to your care!!! Now I have son that is a college athlete you are helping his feet stay healthy for basketball !!!thank you so much !!!

Everyone was very efficient getting me an appointment quickly and seeing the doctor. I was in a great deal of pain and the doctor offered me several options to remedy the situation. I chose to do the procedure in office and the doctor and his nurse made sure I was comfortable and not hurting during the procedure. They gave me a follow up appointment at a time that would not require me to miss work.I am very pleased and thankful for their help.

I have been a patient for several years. Dr. Hayes has done several surgeries on my feet and I trust him and Dr. Murray with all of my care. Just this past week, I was seen as an emergency for a painful toenail problem. Nice people and great care.

The first thing about coming is right when you walk in,the receptionist Is just wonderful,they make you feel special,and yes Bonnie is unbelievable,the sweetest person I ever came across to. All the Doctors are just as wonderful,they make you feel comfortable and listen to your problem about your feet. And also do such a great job on my toenails. They always asked about your health,and other important information. I always look forward in coming everyone treats you with respect. The quality of care is the best,I had podiatry care in PA, and their is no comparison of the care I got. I just want to thank everyone who takes care of me,and being that I use a walker everyone is such a great help. My husband also loves coming here to get his feet checked.

Could not believe in how fast I could see a Doctor in such short notice and the wonderful care that I received . Never had that kind of care since I been alive. Even my Doctor was wonderful, everyone that worked there was great .Thank you all,for making my experience so nice,can't express in words in how everyone treated me. Your all just wonderful. Although i had never used them before i was really worried about what was going on. Dr. Hayes came in right from the start explained what was happening in detail gave me the proper meds. And told me to follow his instructions to the tee. I did and less than a week later the soreness subsided and skin started clearing up i would recommend Dr. Hayes to anyone that i know. I would like to add his staff were warm careing made me feel that my problem came first thankyou all for getting me back on my feet
