It was very personal. Gabrielle worked with my wife designing the ring my wife wanted. It made it very personal for my wife to actually have input as to what she wanted and Gabrielle was very patient suggesting ideas to my wife, explaining what the stone would look like in the ring , needlessly to say we are very happy with service Gabrielle provided to us. Big shout out to Gabrielle and Alexanders for excellent service

Alexander’s Jewelers is an absolute gem in Columbus. Alex and Shane are phenomenal to work with, Alex is a luxury timepiece guru and his knowledge of his craft is astronomical. I was looking for a very particular timepiece and Alex made a single phone call and in 1 minute the piece was on its way from the West Coast to Alexander’s where I picked it within 24 hours of his finding it. Purchasing a Rolex is about the experience, and both Alex and Shane treated me like a gentleman, they were attentive and accommodating and when Alex placed my new piece on my wrist, I was over the moon happy with his find. The quality of my Rolex was pristine, the service before I got it and after I got it was just as pristine, the deal Alex made for me was pristine! When you buy a Rolex, you are making a wise investment, one that will only appreciate over time. Thank you Alex and Shane for making my experience so pleasant and for finding the exact Rolex I’ve been searching for. For anyone interested in finding a luxury timepiece, you must go see the fine team at Alexander’s Jewelers, their selection is incredibly diverse and high end with timepieces you just can’t go out and buy anywhere else.
