Memo was great! He was prompt, courteous and very helpful. The blind was fitting and fitted. The quality seems great. The price was unfortunate, but necessary for the quality, I gueaa. Anyway, thankyou Memo.

I had a great experience with Alko Blind Cleaning. They showed up during the appointment window and even sent me a text to tell me they were on their way. They showed up at my door with booties (protective wear) and put them on before walking in my home. They were quickly able to diagnose the issue and even though they didn’t have the correct parts with them to make the repair, they promised to return then next day with my repaired blind. The service was quick and well done. I would definitely call them again!

I found Memo to be very professional and knowledgeable about proper cleaning of window blinds. Our silhouette blind turned out beautifully as did the faux wood blinds. Service was prompt and courteous. I highly recommend Alko!

I had one Hunter Douglas blind that needed repair. Memo picked up the blind on a Friday and returned it the following Monday. Quality was great, the blind works as it did before and the price was reasonable. I would definitely use Alko again.

Memo was on time, took the broken bedroom blind down and replaced it with another blind from the another window so that I could still sleep in the bedroom! He delivered the fixed blind when he said he would, exactly on time, and moved the blind he had put in the bedroom back where it belonged! He's very nice, kind and very reliable for a ver reasonable price! I will recommend him to my friends!

The service tech that helped me was very professional yet friendly. I had two broken blinds; one he was able to fix on the spot and the other he took with him. I got it back in just a couple days, working like new. I was extremely pleased with the service. If you want efficient, quality service at an affordable price, I would highly recommend this company.

They are so nice at Alko Blind. We had to bring a broken blind home from a vacation house and they were very friendly and prompt coming to my condo and picking the blind up. He looked at it and knew immediately what the fix would be. They also returned it to me after just a few days. We have just reinstalled it and it works great!

I have had two blinds repaired by Alko Blind Cleaning. One of the blinds was also cleaned. The blinds now work very well, and they look nice. I would say the quality of work is very high. The price was also in keeping with what the industry is charging nowadays. I feel I got my money's worth!

I am very pleased with my purchase and installation of Hunter Douglas shades by Alko Blind Cleaning. Memo Akalin, owner of the business, was professional and knowledgeable about the product. Purchase was made on October 16 and installation was completed on November 2. The process was quick, efficient and expertly handled.

I splattered coffee/cream/sugar/ all over my drapes and Alko Blind Cleaning removed all the stains, cleaned the drapes and spent 1.5 hours re-installing them to make sure they hung properly, no creases, and even did mending. I could buy shades from a lot of places. What I can't buy is the excellent service and attention I always get when I work with Alko Blinds. I have had them repair old shades and install new ones and I could not have asked for a better experience in either case.

Wow! Fabulous service! I would not hesitate to recommend this company to all my friends and family. Memo was very efficient and thorough. I had 7 mini blinds in my kitchen that he removed and took to their business site to clean. Because of the mechanisms in my blinds they had to be hand cleaned so as not to cause rusting. They were returned the next morning and installed. They look brand new! Because of the hand washing, the charge was more but very minimal and so worth it. He also explained that they put a finish on all the blinds so they are easier for me to clean in the future. Memo also repaired one of the cords on one of my pleated shades in my living room at no extra charge. I am so pleased!
