Caring and professional. Very sweet staff

I had a very good experience. The staff are so efficient and helpful. They are very good to help you get in quickly in an emergency. Dr.Graves is very knowledgeable and gets in and gets the job done.

Our experience was excellent from beginning to end. An impeccably professional staff met us at registration. Our nurse, Melissa, was caring and sweet to our daughter. She is professional and knowledgeable about the work done at AOMS. She made our daughter, and us, feel comfortable and cared for. On the day of the procedure, we left feeling that our daughter had the best care possible. Dr. Graves is kind and friendly, putting us all at ease. Both he, and his staff, contacted us following the procedure to follow up. Every question we might have was answered. We would strongly recommend Amarillo Oral Maxillofacial Surgery to anyone we know. In a situation that could be cold and scary, AOMS takes the time and patience to meet the needs of patients. They are a top notch group of doctors and staff!

The care my child receives here is outstanding. We are greeted with warm personalities from the time we walk in to the time we leave. The physician is great and we recently had surgery there, my son didn’t want to leave. He enjoys his visits to Amarillo Oral Maxillofacial Surgery. What child do you know that can’t wait for his next doctor’s visit? The building is always clean, they have computers for those moments your phone is acting up and you have to email something to someone. The rooms are very spacious and the care my son receives again, I have to say is out of sight. Oziaha Garcia will not go anywhere else for his visits other than this location. By the way, we drive over 2 hours to get to this location. That should tell you what kind of facility and people you are dealing with.

Dr. Paul and Nurse Melissa were wonderful! I had no pain when Dr. Paul did the IV, that was amazing!! Thank you, so much!

Awesome job and terrific care!

The staff was all really nice. The doctor was phenomenal and really funny. I felt like I was being taken care of really well. They gave me specific instruction that really helped and my pain was very minimal. I would highly suggest this place due to the wonderful staff and Dr. Williams. They also check up on you after surgery by phone, which made me feel very happy that they cared enough to do that.

This has to be the best facility to ever exist in the dental industry. We are from Lubbock and because we are on medicaid were sent here for care. It was such an inconvenience to have to drive there but it was so worth the trip. We arrived an hour early and were seen immediately. The procedure was quick and harmless and they prepared us for our trip home. I think what took the longest was getting a driver to get us back home. Thank you so much for all the care your team provided and how wonderful you all made us feel. This is a great place and I would recommend this place over any in our own town of Lubbock TX.

My experience with Dr. Graves and his staff exceeded my expectations. The staff was very friendly, sympathetic and caring. My procedure went better than I had prayed and my recovery has been great. I did not bruise or swell and my pain has been minimal. I experienced more pain with an orthodontic wire change than I did with my wisdom tooth extraction. I highly recommend Amarillo Oral Maxillofacial Surgery and can honestly say that being in their care means that you are in good hands.

Very friendly staff. I was nervous about having my tooth pulled but they put me at easy. Took it out after a few shots and have had no problems.
