Staff is great with anxious patients and takes the time to connect with them. Very pleased with our experience from start to finish. Would recommend highly to others.

I do not know where to begin first off, I would like to say that the staff at amazing smiles are awesome hands down, I would recommend anybody and everybody to go here for their dental care! Dr. Jeff is an amazing man and has done awesome job in straightening my son's teeth. We were skeptical at first because my son needed so much work done, but the staff and Dr. Jeff eased our minds and were very helpful throughout the entire process.each and every staff member were very professional and very friendly, did not hesitate to help if I ask any questions or we're unsure or leery about something. The finance staff made that process smooth, easy and understandable. Hands down Dr. Jeff and the staff at amazing smiles are the best in the state! #MiracleWorkers

My daughter has been a patient with Amazing Smiles Orthodontics for a little over a year, and without fail each visit has been excellent! From the beautifully designed waiting area, the receptionist acknowledgement, to the actual oral portion of the visit, as a parent you want to know exactly what’s going on and the staff has always explained in detail the process and what is expected. In particular Erin! She is very well rounded, knowledgeable and super pleasant whenever my daughter and I are in the office and we just love her! The convenience of the location is a huge bonus, you’re in great hands with Amazing Smiles Orthodontics.

Let me start off by saying the office is beautiful. I remember when i first walked in thinking this is such a beautiful office. The staff was very professional everytime i called for whatever reason they always answered. Dr.Mastroianni was GREAT he always had a smile on and made me feel very comfortable. The dental assistant where AWESOME they where always smiling, pleasant and very patient with me(sometimes i had questions haha). The finance coordinator where EXCELLENT i ran into an insurance issue and they did not bug me but when I came in we fixed it within 5 min! But overall this was a WONDERFUL experience and my teeth turned out PERFECT thanks to doc and the staff. I will definitely refer people to this office in the future. Also they always have fresh cookies!!

Amazing smiles was my second, and favorite orthodontic experience. Dr. Mastrionni is very passionate about his work and makes an individual connection with each of his patients. The receptionist is always welcoming and the office atmosphere is amazing. Jamie will make sure to find a payment plan that fits your budget. Overall, my experience was amazing and I would recommend amazing smiles to anyone!

We found the doctor and staff to be extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We completely trusted what was told to us about our son's progress and felt like our best interests were taken to heart. The payment plan made treatment easier for our family. We also appreciated that our wait time was always very minimal, even though the waiting room was pleasant with the massage chair and other accessories. The schedule was very flexible in order to fit in with our busy lifestyle. We will definitely be coming back to this practice with our daughter in a few years! Thank you.

Dr. Jeff and his "Amazing" crew went above and beyond our expectations. His quality of care and compassion for each and every one of his patients goes beyond what anyone could ever ask for. He spent his time with us and treated us with overwhelming concern and dedication. He and his crew never treated us like a number. The waiting room and atmosphere in both of his locations is second to none. Plenty to do for kids and adults alike. The equipment that is used is unbelievably high tech. You would think he got it from NASA. Bottom line... Do yourself a favor and look no further. If you need orthodontic services, this is the place to go. Hands down! Best service, best value, best staff and 100% all the way around the best experience you could ever want or ask for. Dr. Jeff and his staff, during my 18 months of visits with them were always professional and friendly. The office is updated and top of the line tech is available, even for the kids who are waiting in the sitting are (IPADS and Television are available). Amazing Smiles works well with their customers schedules to offer the most ease of convenience and are also flexible with reschedules and drop in's. My teeth look great now and give me the confidence in areas that i once never had. My teeth have been called pretty for the first time and one coworker even said they look like dentures! which i take as a huge compliment.

Since Day 1 everyone that has helped me through out the time frame has always been friendly and helpful. Going forward and hopefully we end up staying in Illinois, this’ll be the only Orthodontist I’ll be going to.
