Personnel responded quickly to our call for service. The owner came and evaluated our mold concerns. Owner is very knowledgeable, good communicator, explained what he found, possible cause and a remediation plan. Although we had a "small" problem, it was treated as important issue to be solved and resolved. The company kept us informed of their work schedule and was able to schedule the work in a very reasonable timeframe. All work was performed carefully with attention to care of our property. The clean-up process was explained and performed to the highest standards. When all work was completed, we were able to observe the area. It was clean and neat. The workers were respectful of our property. The initial quote was very reasonable and fair. This is a very honest and professionally run business. They should definitely be consulted when remediation work is needed.

We have used American Eagle twice now…once for the original install of a dehumidifier in our crawl space some years ago and recently for a replacement dehumidifier. We also had a crack in our foundation wall of our crawl space that leaked years ago. Mr. Watson recommended an injection of a composite material in the crack instead of digging down, exposing the whole exterior wall of our foundation and parging the foundation with a waterproof material. The injection process was WAY less expensive than the second waterproof option, so we tried it. Our crawl space is still dry to this day and we were very grateful for his suggestion! American Eagle and their team of technicians has always been very professional and pleasant to work with over the many years of service they have provided. Needless to say, they come highly recommended!
