I went through the process with Emery and he made it simple. The work appears to be Quality Work. It looks really good and as long as we do not have future leaks we will be very happy! The whole process has gone smoothly so far. We have not received the final bill yet.

From the initial knock on the door my experience with American Roofing has been “Awesome!” Drew thoroughly explain the importance of him checking my roof for any damages that could have possibly occurred from the recent and past wind or hail storms in my area. After obtaining my approval, we agreed upon a date for him to conduct the inspection. Immediately after inspection, he informed me of his findings and recommendations. From that point forward, he took charge and personally handled my claim as though it was his very own. The installation process went smooth. The crew did a great job! Drew kept me abreast of the expected timing, logistical, labor, unexpected scenarios, and installation process. Equally importantly, his emphasis that he and his immediate supervisor (Nick) would constantly remain in contact with me during and after the process proved to be truthful. ARC did great work. Courtney continuously kept us up to date through texts and emails as to when our new roof would be scheduled, what to expect and checking in to make sure we were happy with the finished product.

I have spoken with Courtney several times regarding insurance questions that I knew nothing about. She was very patient with me very polite and caring.
