I am very pleased with the experience I had with American Roofing and in particular Jeremy Giesel. Jeremy made the process of filing a claim and performance of the work uncomplicated. He was dependable and followed up with the insurance adjuster to make sure we were taken care of. I'm sure there are a number of roofing companies that do good work but what sets America Roofing apart is the ease of getting the physical work done. Finally, I was pleased with the manners of the workers that were on site. They worked hard and left the job site clean.

Quality of work was great. Cost was a little high but competitive. Responsiveness and customer service was excellent. All questions that came up were handled quickly.

They were very thorough with everything. Michael was very upfront and honest about all the steps in the process. The roof looks fantastic.

He wasn’t worried about loosing us as clients; he was more concerned with me loosing my mother and my well-being. That means the world to me and my family. Thank you for that. They were all patient with my questions and mr talkative personality. Jason had actually noticed where my cats were escaping while he was out at our property! Sent me a picture! I was able to fix that quickly and keep my cats up safe from predators. It’s the small simple things that have a huge impact. Experience was great from start to finish. Derrick is a great salesperson and was gracious enough to meet the adjuster for my insurance at my rental property 4 hours away. American Roofing travelled 4 hours to do all the work and took great care of my property!!!

Myles was wonderful. He worked hard to make sure everything went smoothly and that we were pleased. He even came out to do some additional cleanup that the work crew didn’t complete.

I’m very happy with how my roof turned out . It made my house look like it was built yesterday and The cost was very affordable with very good service from the people working on it. Several attempts in filing claims with the insurance company resulted in never getting a new roof when one was terribly needed. Chase Whited from American Roofing Company visited my neighborhood requesting an inspection of the roof due to wind and hail damaged resulting from a storm. He stated he would assist me in working with my insurance company. Chase's inspection revealed a dire need of a new roof and we immediately contacted insurance company to file a claim. He was there when the adjuster arrived and showed him much damage. The insurance provided estimate for new roof. Chase was there all the way in the process of roof installation. Workers were just amazing and fast in placing new roof. Cleaned up all debris. You would never have known someone worked for 8 hours installing a roof. Very timely and responsive. I recommend American Roofing for roof installation. Thanks to Chase Whited for coming through the neighborhood. Excellent job. I am most satisfied with my new roof.

From the beginning of the process After the storm last year damaged my home. When I first contacted American Roofing Company the entire experience was very pleasant. I was working with Patrick and his boss AJ. We had suffered significant damage to our home totaling over $17,000 to our roof the structure, and interior walls and ceilings. My situation was very complicated, however the team were very patient on working with me and my family. I'm a stay-at-home mother of 4 children and a caregiver to my husband that came out of chemotherapy the previous year. My insurance policy was an aCV coverage which means my roof was not totally covered. This professional team worked with my family to keep us in budget and made sure to get us a proper roof that would last for the next 30 plus years. It turned out beautiful and professional. The work was literally done in one day. Anytime I needed anything all I had to do was call during the entire process and someone would get back with me immediately. While I was waiting for the insurance claim to be approved their team sent a tech out to the house to tarp the roof in the spots that we're currently leaking with the spring storms. Needless to say we had a strong storm last week with heavy rainfall that flooded several areas and our roof protected our home and the interior was dry as a bone. And for once since the storms did the damage to our home I slept a lot better. I would recommend American Roofing Company to any homeowner that needs a roof done or repaired. I have had nothing but positive comments from all of my neighbors and family on how professional, beautiful and nice the roof looks. Quite frankly there's never been a roof on this home that has looked this good and is this durable. John Tucker, your sales contractor, provided absolutely excellent service. From our first meeting to the completion of the job, he was with us all the way, going far beyond what is usually expected from a salesperson. Our major concern was when we were told by the company that the shingles we had ordered were not available and would no be delivered for many months. We contacted John and told him that that was unacceptable and he jumped into action and found the product and the job went on as scheduled. He was with us every step of the way and, in our opinion is the only reason that your company received our job. Thank you to John for the excellence in representation of your company!

All of the employees I had any interaction with was great and very professional. Took some time to get the weather to let them install our roof but they kept us informed the whole way. I would recommend them to everyone
