We worked with Jaden to get insurance to pay for the roof. He was excellent and didn't give up. The crew that was sent was most impressive in that they were completely respectful every time we were in earshot. My wife grew up on construction crews and understands fluent Spanish and was amazed at the professionalism and quality of work in the timeframe.

The quality of work from start to finish was outstanding. My American Roofing representative was always ready for the next step in the process and guided me through it very proficiently.

Everyone we dealt with was very helpful. Jack Parrott started the process when he inspected and found wind damage. He helped us with filing the claim and working with the insurance company. We were not aware that there was a leak until they removed the shingles and discovered a rotting deck board. Once the new roof was completed, they did an excellent job cleaning up. We were very pleased with the job the guys did.

Ok, so a severe storm blew through my neighborhood a few weeks ago. I saw some shingles in my yard but attributed them to my neighbors old crappy roof on their shed. So this young man knocks on my door one afternoon and says he noticed roof damage on my house and asked if I would like a free roof inspection. I just sort of laughed and said, “Sure, knock yourself out.” The young man’s name was Jack Parrot and he was a sales rep for American Roofing. After about a half hour on my roof, he knocked on my door again and showed me pictures of missing shingles, creased shingles, dented shingles and a lot of other roof damage I had no idea was there. From there he took over and contacted my insurance company. The next day Farm Bureau sent out an adjuster. Jack met him here. The adjuster was surprised we hadn’t already had interior damage because the roof damage was so severe. Long story short, Jack Parrot and American Roofing in Knoxville, Tennessee within a week and a half had my roof repaired and replaced. They did it when they said they would and they did EXACTLY what they said they would do. Best part was the crew they sent to do the work. These guys treated my house like they lived here. I could go into details but there are so many it would bore you. From start to finish this has been one of the best experiences I have EVER had dealing with a contractor who worked on my home. Long story short, I don’t know these guys or their company, nor do I owe them anything or have they paid me anything to say this. But if you need roof work, you ABSOLUTELY CANNOT go wrong calling these guys. Ask for Jack Parrot and tell him Big Norm from Walland, Tn sent you. P.S. if they do your roof, make sure you get the crew who did mine. You won’t be disappointed.

Great they did good work and were here only for 2 days and picked up everything and also cleaned my gutters this ment a lot to and elderly couple thanks

We are very pleased with our new roof. It looks great and the workers cleaned up the yard before they left. The crew was very friendly and courteous and stayed on task so the job was finished in one day. Once the coordination with our insurance company and our mortgage company was complete, everything went smoothly.

The crew was excellent working in high temps for hours on end. They were diligent in all details to produce a product that looks great. From my first contact to replace the roof thru completion was seamless.

Patrick and his team were professional, efficient, and available to assist with and answer any questions that we had. They guided us through the insurance process quickly and effectively and had the new roof installed in one day. The team was also kind and gracious to our four year old who was outside asking questions at 6:45 am. We would highly recommend this company!

Chase saw my roof had damage and came to see us about fixing it. Got the roof covered through my insurance (Farm Bureau of TN, they took care of us too) and upgraded us to the architect shingles, they provide better wind damage resistance, for a few hundred dollars more. Crew came out a couple of weeks later and took out the old shingles and installed new ones while I was at work. By the time I got home, roof was completed and they had cleaned up nicely after themselfs.Anytime I had questions, they had the answers quickly. Would definitely recommend.

I am beyond impressed by the work these guys did. From the minute they arrived they didn't stop. I am so happy with our roof. I just go outside to look at it. The clean up these guys did was awesome. They were on their hands and knees looking for nails. Great job boys . You're absolutely awesome.

I was contemplating having my roof inspected, I knew it was time. When Madison Bowen from American Roofing Company knocked on my door.. her introduction and knowledge got my attention right away. She wanted to "scoot upon my roof to take a look". From inspection, insurance claim, approval, selection of materials, Madison got it Done! Without her expertise I would have been lost..Her partner in Execellance, Nash Hearn is equally knowledgeable, professional through and always available for any questions I had. As for installation.. WOW ... supervised by Nash, from delivery of materials to installation to final wrap up he also, got it done! The Roofers ... Indeed, a hard working crew. Installation and excellent clean up in One day... My roof looks great, my property value increased... Thank you Madison, Nash and Roofers for a job very well done.
