I had a really good experience with American Roofing. The salesman Chad that I worked with was responsive when I reached out with a question. He did a good job of explaining the products used and the process for getting on the schedule. The price was reasonable for the work that was done. They showed up when they said they would. The crew worked almost non stop the entire day to finish the job on time. They cleaned up all debris before they left. The foreman John was good to work with as well. He walked the property with me after the job was done to make sure any concerns or questions I had were addressed. I was very satisfied with the process and the finished product. Would definitely consider using American Roofing again if I need roof work done in the future.

After a slight wait for materials, job crew showed up promptly at 8AM on scheduled day. Job was completed the next morning. Everyone was very polite and gutters installed and look great with no mess left behind. Aaron S., John, and everyone involved made for a great experience

American Roofing was very professional and clearly communicated throughout every step of the process. The cost was competitive but when coupled with the service it was definitely set apart. The team showed up when they said and worked really fast. The speed did not take away from quality at all. We are very happy with the roof and think it looks great!

They were on time and let me tell you they were quick, very neat and when the left the new roof was the only thing left behind. As a professional contractor myself I certainly appreciate when a company provides great service but more importantly backs it up with fantastic workmanship and care for the homeowners landscaping and yard. I realize how difficult the process is and the were an A+.

From start to finish everyone has been super helpful, extremely responsive and respectful to all questions and concerns. They scheduled within a week and then called to move the date up because of weather concerns. They did a great job on the roof and cleaned the best they could since it was dark when they finished. There were two small items damaged that they addressed immediately! I am very happy with my end results and would highly recommend them!!!

The sales people and office staff were excellent at keeping me up to speed with the process and what was happening at each step. They were only a text away. The crew who put the roof on were quick and efficient. They made sure to clean up after themselves and stayed until the very end, even using flash lights to finish. I appreciate everyone's hard work!

An American roofing salesman made a sales call to my house, spoke with me about thier company, took measurements of my roof, and a couple of days later presented me with thier bid and information about how the process would take place. I accepted thier bid. They scheduled my install, did the roof and cleaned up. Everything thing that was told to me was spot on. I was kept well informed, the job was outstanding, and everyone was very professional. Thank you.

Sales rep. was very helpful and not pushy. He was very thorough in his explanation of our installation and answered any of our questions with detailed information. He seemed very concerned with our satisfaction and indeed we were. The installation was as described and seemed to go well. I would recommend ARC to anyone that needs a roof

Zack and Andrew took care of everything including correcting errors the insurance adjuster made in figuring the amount of material needed. I was advised what to expect and when and they followed through. The workers were very considerate and cleaned up everything. My roof looks wonderful. And John, the young man with the beautiful smile, who oversaw the job that day, explained what would be going on and what time they would be finished. Thank you for a beautiful job - well done.

American Roofing is a too notch roofing company from top to bottom. My initial contact Zach was very professional and explained the entire process to me. John, from the local office, was also very courteous when setting up the scheduling of the roof repair. During the install, Tristan was on site with a very good play-by-play of everything taking place. After completion, the entire crew was immaculate in cleaning up the grounds of debris and roofing nails. You cannot go wrong with this company for your roofing project.

Great experience, Andrew was very courteous and professional. He answered any questions we had and even stopped by an extra day when the shingles we wanted were unavailable, but we were able to get what we wanted thanks to Andrew.
