Mike was an excellent apartment locator for our family! His customer service is exemplary! I am sending my friends to apartment locating specialists in March. He was accommodating, kind, and engaged. He had everything organized and confirmed before we even got to Arlington. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had with apartment locators!!

Renee at Apartment Locating Specialists was awesome! She was able to find me a lot of different apartments in such a short amount of time. She was able to fulfill all of my wishes and found me a great apartment for a great price. I would totally recommend these services to anyone! If you are lazy like me this is the best service to use. Even if you aren't lazy she will be able to find a great apartment that has everything you want. If I ever move again I will be using this location service. Very friendly, professional, dedicated and hard working company. Finding an apartment can be very stressful but with Renee's help I didn't experience and stress. Smooth sailing and great service.

Renee was wonderful! I have a crazy work schedule and had no time to hunt for an apartment. She took all the hard work out of it and worked with me at all hours of the day. I highly recommend using this company for your locating needs. I had recently acquired an excellent job in the Fort Worth area and wanted to move closer to work. Since I had spent most of my life in the Dallas area I was unfamiliar with Fort Worth. So after a couple of weeks of putting many miles on my car, many frustrating days of looking and having no luck finding an apartment. Either they were outside of my budget or had nothing available for several months. A friend said she knew someone that could help me and she would have her call me. Renee Jacobson called me the following Monday morning and asked me questions regarding my rent requirements and other needs and said she would email some information to me once she had found some options for me. Within a couple of hours she sent me several apartment choices that all met the requirements I had given plus many more options with most of them. Within 48 hours I had found an apartment, filled out an application, given a deposit and had a move-in date scheduled in an apartment with a washer/dryer included (never thought to ask for that). All my stress was relieved and the service was completely "free" to me; which made the whole experience even better. I will never look for another apartment on my own. I will always call Apartment Locating Specialists.
