Where do I begin. First Ryan and his helper came to the door and introduced themselves. He questioned the problem we were having with the refrigerator which was actually a ice maker issue. Ryan immediately got to work and removed the bins in my freezer to access the ice maker and removed the freezer door and the ice maker. He found out that there was some kind of insulating foam from the refrigerator production that fell into the water well of the ice maker and caused the water overflow. We had another company give us a diagnosis and told me that there were two water valves that should be changed and if that didnt work the ice maker would have to be replaced. He had one valve but had to order the other. They never communicated with us and has never called me back. It was like bringing your car to a mechanic for a dead battery and they tried to sell you everything in your electrical system. He was in and out in less than an hour and the price was right. This is the only company i will ever recommend to repair my appliances. By the way the other company still has not called us back.

Ryan and Dio arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. The repair was done quickly. I would reccomend Ryan, Dio, and Appliance King.

My experience with Appliance King was excellent from the beginning on the phone, when the scheduler was able to get me in the next day as requested. Ryan came within the time frame , after calling first to let me know he was on his way. He did an amazing job of moving a very heavy refrigerator from a tight spot by himself. Just by chance he was able to locate a discontinued part needed to fix my refrigerator. We set up an appointment for him to return with the part. He came with the part and All is well. Ryan was cheerful and professional and I am very pleased with the service.

I was very pleased with my experience. When I called about an ice maker repair, Sally was very friendly and got an appointment scheduled for the same day. Ryan the technician was quite knowledgeable and handled the repair at a price I felt was very reasonable.

I am beyond impressed by your service. You were very clear on the service window and put my mind at ease when the tech was running late due to earlier jobs. Ryan was professional and knew exactly how to fix the issue, even when he realized he had to get creative with the fix as he couldn't safely switch the hoses without breaking a pipe. Superior service! Fortunately, my husband followed up by calling the phone number for this company on a sticker that was attached to our old washer(had been installed in 1985 by a previous owner). Your company was still in business. You immediately gave us the answers we were looking for regarding the washer that we wanted. The two people we talked to at your company were very helpful, knowledgeable and congenial. We would recommend you to others without hesitation. Incidentally, we absolutely love our new washer. Large capacity., so we don’t need to wash as often. Spins more water out so we can dry on delicate which means less wear on our clothing. Thank you for great service.

Service person showed up on time called me to let me know he was on his way Ryan was pleasant to talk to he was knowledgeable efficient explained the problem and ordered the necessary part for my stove . The price seemed fair and once the part became available he was back to instal and my oven is t working again Over all a good experience woul definitely use this company again and recommend

Scheduled an appointment for repair of my refrigerator. Their technician called and said he could arrive earlier if I would be home. I was, and when he arrived he examined my appliance and explained and showed me what the issue was. He repaired the parts and everything is working great. Jerome was professional and knowledgeable, and left the kitchen spotless. Very happy with the service Appliance King provided.
