The room was beautiful, comfortable and immaculate. The hosts were helpful and friendly. This was our first stay in a B&B and the experience was totally positive. The breakfast was outstanding. I recommend Arbor View House to anyone looking for a lovely get-away.

My wife and I wanted to get away for some much need rest and relaxation, but did not want to travel too far from home. The Arbor View House B&B was the perfect retreat. The B&B is a cozy Victorian home that is clean, comfortable, warm and inviting. The Merlot room had nice robes and slippers, wine glasses, an electric fireplace for warmth and ambiance, and a nice TV, everything we needed. Veda was so helpful in helping us book massages, a terrific wine tour and a great place for dinner. All we had to do was relax and enjoy. We loved our conversations with Wilfred and Veda, hearing Wilfred's great stories, and they were both great listeners too. Our breakfasts were plentiful; we loved everything, especially the corn beef hash and the chickpeas. Everything was delicious and unique. Afternoon tea and homemade scones were the best. Our stay exceeded our expectations. Wilfred and Veda are such lovely people and wonderful hosts; they made us feel right at home, while respecting our privacy. We highly recommend the Arbor View House, and we will definitely return.

My husband and I stayed overnight at the Arbor View House as a short getaway after our wedding. We loved the charm of this bed and breakfast. The house was clean, the food was delicious and the owners were warm and welcoming. The service was amazing. We highly recommend staying there if you are on the east end of Long Island.
