Dr. Victoria Korol is amazing and she has an amazing team. From the time you step into the office until you leave, everyone is friendly and willing to make you comfortable. I am glad that I have found a dentist who truly cares about her patients.

Dr. Korol provided excellent care, and was very straightforward regarding treatment options and offered excellent insight and advice. For the first time, I am not dreading a return visit to the Dentist.

Couldn't be happier about my experience. Ashley was a great first impression. After missing my first phone call I received a prompt phone call back wanting to help in any way. She's beyond professional and genuinely friendly. She even greeted me in person by name as I walked in. On my first visit, the team walked me around and gave me a tour of their clean, modern, and trendy office. After informing me of all their many amenities, Ashley sat with me to explain my insurance and what was covered. That is something I have found to be very valuable in a dentist. Artful Smiles is transparent and has perfected the art of communication. They won't perform any work without explaining the financial implications first. They inform their clients without causing confusion. As for their dental work, Dr. Korol is the best. She's professional, easy to talk to, and does great work. She's attentive and offers great care through aggressive but gentle means. Her assistants were also excellent. They clearly knew their stuff. I had questions, asking to explain why they do what they do and they came back with very descriptive answers in Layman's terms. Everything made much more sense at this office than other's I've been to. On top of it all, the entire team has an energy that exerts positivity and a fun atmosphere. Every staff member is super friendly. I've finally found a dentist I look forward to going back to visit.

Very professional, doctor and assistant are very friendly and made me feel very comfortable explaining me everything in a simple way. The iPad with Netflix and Spotify is incredibly smart to feel almost like at home!

My first visit with Artful Smiles was excellent. The staff could not be nicer and more accommodating. Their pleasant offices in a very convenient location are a plus for me. Dr. Korol was extremely thorough and offered a lot of helpful information about the services the practice provides. She took the time to review various options for ongoing services that are largely discretionary. I am looking forward to my next visit! It's hard to imagine saying that about a visit to the dentist!
