All employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. It’s a pleasant visit every year I come in for my annual physical.

From the first time we showed up. Everyone was extra helpful. When I started therapy, I wasn't a challenge because it didn't matter which person was there, they explained everything. They never pushed too much.

It is a pleasure to provide feedback. When I came, I had much pain in the left shoulder , yet the right shoulder would also pain at times. The really good thing about the treatment was that although the left shoulder was the primary focus, the treatment also took care of the right shoulder as well. Actually, I can say that each time upon arrival, my treatment began at the front desk with a very sweet young man who was always friendly and upbeat . Then the people working with me were each very different and very much alike. I categorized them as mild, medium, and tough ‘they know who they are’. I needed them all and they all stepped up to the plate. It is very obvious that they all care about the welfare of the those being treated. I was able to leave painless yet with a plain to remain painless...for it all...thank you.

Fantastic! I actually looked forward to going to physical therapy. Maria and Chris were always up beat and energetic. Even when therapy was rough, they could make me laugh. At each appointment they were thorough, professional, diligent about cleaning, and helped me recover without too much pain. Matt always worked to accommodated my busy schedule. Great staff!

Everyone was so friendly and encouraging. The physical therapy was very helpful. It's hard to believe that someone would look forward to coming to physical therapy, but I did!

I am a 50s y/o/m I’ve been sick now over 12 years. I’ve been to several pain clinics. In Ohio, I watched patients walk out and hand their pill straight to their dealer. I’ve spent over six hours waiting at other clinics. Places so packed you couldn’t sit and if you found a seat you’d have two people physically touching. Cleanliness? I once watched a bed bug crawl off a person. I like people to smile so I’m always quick to try to illicit a smile. I always get my smile, but other people were abusing staff and vise a versa. I’ve seen some terrible things. The day I found APG was the day I didn’t have to feel like I was doing something wrong. It was so clean. No one sitting in my lap. Television, but most important they are very prompt.I’ve received injections in my back and neck, physical therapy and service for my pain pump. Dr Chami is so good I don’t even use lidocaine. The therapist are well trained and very professional. Most of all they helped me. The medical staff are great at getting you in and out. Multiple sites for ease of appointments. Beth has been responsible for my pain pump for four years. She is methodical. I once missed an appointment because I was temporarily detained in another state. Beth hunted me down like a secret agent. To ensure that I was safe. I spend a lot of time in doctors and APG hands down does the best with PPE and hand washing. I love going there. I don’t have to make them laugh. They make me laugh. To my team from the front desk to my medical staff I thank you all. My personal hero’s. You bring joy to my life at a time I really need it. ❤️❤️

APG made my quest for pain relief pleasant. Matt, Maria, and Chris were always so friendly, fun, and professional. I appreciated all the staff and doctors. I rated this group 5 stars and highly recommend them..
