Associated Physicians has greatly improved my quality of life. I have better sleep & improved strength. I am off narcotic pain relievers. I highly recommend them.

Very professional

I had been with my Arthritis Doctor for 15 years. In the last six or seven years he had given me Vicodin5/325. I am not a person that depends on the market . They have been great at helping me min. I sure could’ve use One every night to help me with my restless leg syndrome so at least I can get a good nights rest. The quality of care is a plus they always want to make sure you’re OK before you start your physical therapy and they help me reschedule appointments when we were down to one car and I really appreciate that. And the convenience of the office is great for me. I qualified for the knee program so I won’t have to get any replacements and I can actually get up now and stand up from a sitting chair without any help and I can get out of the car without any help so that’s a big plus for me makes me feel stronger know when I can do that on my own.

Staff is great always friendly and helpful..always do everything they can to give you the pain relief you need. Always available to answer any questions.

Everyone at Associated Physicians Group are very experienced, helpful, friendly, and supportive. I've just completed a series knee injections. I'm now pain free again and very satisfied. Over the last three years, used this treatment for knee aching and pain, because of OA. This is my 4th successful treatment.

Every one I had contact with was very professional and caring. NP Libby is so knowledgeable and was so patient to explain all of my questions and concerns. She and Charlene made me feel so at ease with my knee injections. I have worked with Alyssa, Sharon and Rachelle for PT and they are just the best. They listen to all of my questions and concerns. The exercises were explained throughly and have definitely helped with my back pain. This facility is excellent and I would definitely recommend friends and family to come here.

I went into this medical building very apprehensive but it only took a few visits to know I had made the perfect choice(for me).They smile,they greet,they take time with you to get to know you from Sara to the therapists. I would recommend this facility to anyone who wants to get help and is willing to do the work. I am going on my last injection to the knee and I can honestly say I am so much better from where I started from.The appearance of the office was clean,free spirited and light hearted and I can say Unequivocally without a shadow of doubt that I made the best choice.Thank you all

I HAVE HAD, AND CONTINUE TO RECEIVE EXCELLENT CARE AT APG: (ASSOCIATED PHYSICIANS GROUP,) IN SWANSEA. MY THERAPISTS: ALICIA, SHARON, RACHELLE, & CHAD, COULD NOT BE MORE THOROUGH, SUPPORTIVE, AND APPROACHABLE, W/ANY CONCERNS AND QUESTIONS I EVER HAVE WITH MY TREATMENT. ALSO, NURSE PRACTITIONER LIBBY, IS SUPERB, EXPLAINING EXACTLY WHY, HOW & WHERE SHE WAS GOING TO ADMINISTER A STEROID INJECTION INTO MY ARM. AND DR. RANDLES, WHO JUST PRIOR TO THAT INJECTION, PERFORMED MY DIAGNOSTIC ULTRA-SOUND, EXPLAINED EVERYTHING HE WAS DOING, THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE PROCEDURE, AND METICULOUSLY REVIEWED & SHOWED (EVEN MAGNIFIED!) THE RESULTS. AND I DON'T WANT TO LEAVE OUT KATLYN, THE WONDERFUL LADY I SAW JUST PRIOR TO SEEING N.P. LIBBY & DR. RANDLES. AND APG'S RECEPTIONIST COULD NOT BE ANY MORE KIND & INFORMATIVE THAN SHE IS.
