Jean Herman was most helpful in helping us make our appliance selections. I knew I wanted to stay with Wolff and SubZero. Jean helped us weigh the pros and cons of the various models to make our final decision. Since we do not have access to gas, she showed us the alternative of induction cooking. I think I am going to enjoy this more than gas! When it can time to deliver our appliances, there were a few challenges to overcome with the size of the building's elevator and the size of the refrigerator we selected. But Jean and her team rose to the challenge and everything was handled flawlessly. We couldn't be happier with our new kitchen appliances. We highly recommend AUTCO for friendliness, product knowledge, focus on customer satisfaction, and competitive pricing.

I would highly recommend AUTCOhome. Jean Herman walked me through the complete renovation of my kitchen step-by-step. She was extremely helpful during all phases from design to completion and installation of the appliances. I love my appliances and my new kitchen!!!!

I could not have asked for better help. Jean came to my rescue. Our cooktop cracked when my son sat on it while trying to change a difficult to reach light bulb over the cooktop. She helped us order the cooktop. We were really thrilled with her support and knowledge.

Very happy with dishwasher, washer and dryer. Daughter also purchase same ones thru you. We know and trust Kim! Love working with Kim siince she has help us before and know she's very honest, helpful and always very helpful in every way-even after delivery of appliances. She's very hard working,, and pleasant! My experience with Kim Zimmer at AutcoHome was great. She was knowledgeable about the products she showed me and made great recommendations regarding what would fit and work in the new kitchen remodel. It was excellent. Art was the most knowledgable salesperson we've dealt with and the rebates from GE for our purchase were great. Unlike some other stores we shopped at, we didn't have to pay anything until we arranged for actual delivery over a month later. The delivery guys were great too and even hauled away an old double oven for free. I will definitely recommend AUTCOhome.

The quote was provided the same day we called and once we placed an order, we were provided with expected delivery dates as well as shipping information. Prior to delivery, the drivers called to verify contact information and everything went as planned.
