I am a father and husband... and I bought my 19-year old daughter's very FIRST car from Robert Francis (owner) and Jeffrey (salesman) from AUTO CITY STL! Our experience was WONDERFUL for all of the following reasons below: 1. Robert & Jeffrey were extremely attentive to us from the very first second we arrived the car lot, and drove away with the car I bought on October 21st, 2017!! 2. The car lot itself and display of cars for sale are neatly arranged for easy viewing and accessibility. 3. During my negotiations with Robert... it was a pleasant and easy transition and experience. 4. The used car I bought needed some minor repairs... and it was Robert (the owner) who responded to my concerns, and made good with the repairs in less than 2-days!! 5. I was in STL for a meeting and my wife had done some research on local dealerships and selections. We were looking for a mini-van and came across one in the lot. I was able to work directly with Greg and he was one of the more professional salesman I have ever had the pleasure of working with. They had fair prices on the trades that I offered and wasn't pressured into any deal at all. It might be a while before I need to purchase another vehicle, but I would not have any issues going back for another vehicle in the future.

Just want to share our great experience with Auto City STL. We were on a mission to find a reliable and affordable minivan for our daughter in law. We had looked all over including making a trip to Alsip Illinois without success. Fortunately we found Auto City STL and found a great deal on a minivan that was perfect for her needs. We placed a call and spoke with Greg Sumpter. He was professional and pleasant to talk with, not your average used car sales person. He want above and beyond to let us know everything about the vehicle without being pushy. We highly recommend Auto City STL not only for their great selection and reasonable prices but their great customer service.
