I appreciate the high quality of care my family and I have received over the years at Banner Family Dental. They have a friendly staff, that take time to make me feel comfortable and listen to any concerns that I may have. I also value their attention to keeping a sanitary work space. I even LOOK FORWARD to having my teeth cleaned, because I get to visit with Peggi! I would highly recommend Banner Family Dental to anyone!

I am always pleased with my visit to the Banner Family Dentist. I still am nervous about having my teeth worked on but being greeted everytime by my name, timely appoinments and gentle care really helps me to feel great about my dental care. The hygentist was espically respectful and very easy to talk to. All of my concerns were addressed and I left feeling great about my teeth. Thank you for all of the years of amazing dental care. When I 1st came to Banner Family Dental, 7 years ago, I only saw the dentist when I had a tooth ache :-( cleanings for me would take at least 4 visits and were very uncomfortable. Dr Lael and all the staff were so patient with me and explained, in a way that I finally got it, the importance of preventative care. Although I still don't "enjoy" getting my teeth cleaned I do enjoy the care I receive at Banner Family Dentists and would recommend them to everyone!

I have been going to Banner Family Dental for almost 10 years now and each time I go I've had a wonderful experience. Growing up, I hated going to the dentist. I had fluorosis and over the years seemingly innocent comments made by those at dental offices really cut down my self esteem. Ever since my first visit to Banner Family Dental, I knew this place was different. They found a way to work with me and my insurance to fix the medical and cosmetic problems that were created by my fluorosis. I'll never forget the day I walked out of Banner Family Dental with tears streaming down my face because my teeth were fixed. It wasn't just my teeth that had been restored, it was my self esteem too.

It was just a routine cleaning, as I have had with them for several years now, but they are always thorough and do a great job. The friendly demeaner of evryone there also makes the experience more comfortable.

Dental procedures are invasive. Banner Dental has the highest rate of cleanliness I have experienced since the '70's. So much so that I have referred several people and I will continue doing so.

When you PCS with the military, the hardest new thing to find is a good dentist! We found a gem in the Banner Family! They were recommended by our realtor and we even tried another dentist when our insurance wanted us to find a network provider. NOT WORTH IT! We went back to Banner and their rates are so competitive that we rarely even have a copay. My three kids are happy and never complain about having to go to the dentist, that says a lot for their compassionate, gentle manner in which they conduct their practice. I have been a patient for over 20 years. Dr. B met me at the office when my daughter (then 9)knocked out her front tooth and reattached it. Thanks to him it has been 16 years! Dr B, and now Dr Lael are both very thorough, gentle, and honest. I always feel like I am getting the best advice on my treatment. The staff are wonderful, making the dental experience pleasant. The Tumwater office is less convenient than the old downtown location, but worth the drive. My only wish is that they went back to taking payments from established customers. I started with Dr. Brant Banner in late 1990 when I started working in Olympia. A couple of years later I tried another dentist more geologically located for my needs. After a year with the other dentist, I came back begging to be admitted back into the fold. I had learned my lesson! And, now Lael is as kind, gentle, professional and skilled as his father. The doctors and their team have definitely given me something to smile about.

My 20th anniversary with this marvelous dental office will occur in a few months and the relationship has been more than professional, which has been superb in terms of Quality of Care. In fact, it's been more like a family affair than a service. The people in the office are my friends and annual appointments are more like reunions. Dr Banner is a skilled doctor who takes care of my health with exceptional expertise. He's also become a personal friend. His able staff are also members of the family. They are the best in the business and I've grown to love all of them.

My visit was very satisfactory except for the fact that I have a fractured tooth and need a crown. I was also pleased with my new hygienist , Nicole, who made me very comfortable. As always the entire staff was very friendly and helpful.

Fortunately, my latest appointment was no big deal --- just a small filling in a front tooth. Dr. Banner (Brant) and his assistant worked well together, and we were all enjoying the piped-in music from Pandora. I've trusted Banner Family Dental with my dental health for over 10 years and have always been impressed by their skill, knowledge, and caring.
