The doctor and the assistants could not be more pleasant and informative. I am glad I have set up this appointment with the same establishment as I have been going to for the years since about 1995. Don't forget to get my stored records as Dr. MacKenzie made many notes during each of my visits and they may be helpful during my next appointment about 6 months from now. It was nice to talk to technician Nel again. She is top notch in my books! Frank

My prescription takes extra time to figure out. The Dr. took all the time necessary to make sure everything was correct.Other places I've been to in the past have rushed thru the eye exam and complained of how long it was taking.The experience here is a breath of fresh air.

From the time I came through the door the staff was friendly and helpful. The first Doctor (Scott) that examined my eyes was helpful and explained what he was doing. He helped me feel relaxed and at ease with the remainder of the tests. Next I met Dr. Shah and again I was treated with kindness and completely explained my cataract condition. When he said that the operation to correct my eyes could wait for a while, I was so re-leaved. Thank all of you at Beach Eye Medical Group! (Please excuse the spelling)

Although we did have to experience a very long wait, when we were taken into a room, we and our son were treated with skill and courtesy. Dr. Shah, who had been highly recommended for our son by his opthalmologist, measured up to all the positive words we had heard about him. He was kind, thoughtful, thorough, and displayed more knowledge and skill than we had met with any other doctor we have seen about our son's problem. He gave us answers to our befuddlement and we left feeling relieved and impressed by Dr. Shah's excellence. I would happily transfer him to Dr. Shah but was not sure if Dr. Shah would consider that ethical. I may pursue this in the future. Thank you enormously. P.S. Also Katie at the front desk was most helpful when I realized I had forgotten to bring my son's I.D. Thank you again.

Dr.Shaw and his staff are amazing ! He is very easy to talk to about the different procedures available . I am truly comfortable with his skill and knowledge of this ever changing field. Dr Shaw and his staff answer all the critical questions and made me feel Comfortable with my cataract surgery decision .

I found both Dr. McClusky and Dr. Shah to be very thorough and well tuned to patient needs. I have found Dr. McClusky's advice to be very good and she always takes the time to answer questions and discuss my concerns. Both Dr. McClusky and Dr. Shah came into the office on a Saturday to exam me when I had problems and both called me at home both during and outside their office hours several times checking on how I was doing. I appreciate their concern for their patients well fare and dedication to providing the best medical care possible.

It went very well. The first visit about a month ago I was the only person in waiting room. My follow up visit there were several people. Things were running late, obviously. It would be prudent in those cases for the receptionist to give approximate wait times, in case it would affect a persons time schedule or coordination with pick ups, etc. Otherwise very professional and I liked the little gift bag.

Staff was very informed to my needs, as I just needed to have to have my eyes checked after 5 year. My health is excellent and I want my eyes to keep being in good condition for all the knitting I do for friends. Dr.Shah is the best and good at explaining technical issues I could understand for the future of my eyes as I get older. Very caring as I had just lost my husband recently.He was a patient of his with both eyes done for cataracts and came thru with no complications. I would highly recommend him for any surgical procedures regarding your eyes.

The practice has improved so dramatically since it's opening at the new location. Front office staff and acoustics much better, perhaps with the addition of practice manager. Think you still need some carpet on those laminate floors in the hallway though. High heels still really click thunderously on it. I love Dr. Shau and his technical people are crack. Dr. Scott also...very thorough and easy to be with.

Saw a different doctor this time. She took the time to thoroughly review my history going back to 2002, She followed up each medical issue that I have had in the past to determine the current status and whether those conditions worsened and explained how to keep them from worsening.

I was 100 percent satisfied with every aspect of the office. From the moment I came through the door and was greeted by the friendly staff, until I left with some parting gifts. I saw two amazing doctors for two separate issues. They were extremely patient and answered every question. Their equipment is state of the art, and the office looks recently remodeled. They seem to offer every service that you would expect, including several surgery procedures. There's even lots of parking. What's not to like.
