Dr. Downey and his team do an amazing job! They always made my daughter feel at ease. Their office is very welcoming and the staff is so friendly and helpful. I was very impressed with the quality of care she received, Dr. Downey always took the time to come out and talk about any issues, concerns or just provide a summary of her visit. I highly recommend Behind the Smile Dentistry for Children.

Dr. Eric Downey and his staff are truly the best. They are kind and so patient with my daughter. They allow kids to move at their own pace and really become comfortable with going to the dentist instead of fearing the dentist. i have an almost year old that will be going here as well. I wouldn't take my kids anywhere else.

Our son, Cooper, who is now 12, has been a patient at Behind the Smile Dentistry For Children for 5+ years. Many of my friends have children who are patients of Dr. Downey and he came highly recommended. We have been extremely pleased with the quality of care that Cooper has received while being a patient at Behind the Smile. The location is very convenient to us and one of the most outstanding aspects, which in my opinion is so valuable, is the fact that the office runs so smoothly that we never are waiting for our appointment. They are always on time and I appreciate that very much. Scheduling is done as you are leaving the office and they politely follow up with appointment reminders via email. The staff is superb - professional, polite, friendly, and so welcoming. The office staff are always wearing smiles and Cooper enjoys his visits. Never has he dreaded a trip to the dentist!! Dr. Downey has always been easy to talk to and very explanatory about procedures, etc. - speaking in a way that is easy to understand. We are so happy with the care that has been given to Cooper. I would very highly recommend Dr. Downey and the staff at Behind the Smile to anyone looking for a dentist for their child.

There's no other place I would rather take my children than Behind The Smile Dentistry For Children. The staff and dentist are first rate, friendly, and my children like them. The office is inviting and I feel we get the very best care possible!

We have been seeing Dr. Downey since my children were toddlers. They are now 13. Dr. Downey and his office has always been professional and caring. They ensure the children are comfortable. We travel 20 minutes to see Dr. Downey. We could have found someone closer to where we live, but my children did not want to change. I would highly recommend Dr. Downey and his staff.

My son has been coming to Behind the Smile for 5 years, and every experience we have had has been wonderful!!! All of the staff are extremely Friendly and very knowledgeable. Any question I have had for the dentist or hygentis had always been answered thoroughly. It's a definite plus when your child is excited to go to the dentist!!!!
