today i visited Kylie ! It was one of the best massages that i have ever had ! she asked me what hurt and what areas I wanted her to work on and did exactly what I asked for. She has very calming hands,and a calm peaceful demeanor which is exactly what I needed ! When she was finished I was very relaxed and sorry the massage was over. I will definitely be back . No surprise tho I have visited Belisama for years and am never disappointed !

i always have a great experience at Belisama. It's easy to schedule a same day appointment. The new facility is beautiful and clean. Very relaxing. The therapists know their stuff and work with the client to figure out where time is best spent in the session. As a result, I now try to go to Belisama first before I try for the chiropractor or PT.

I have had several massages and this by far was the best one yet. From the moment I set the appointment over the phone, to when I walked through the doors, to the actual massage, it was a wonderful experience. Bill took the time to find out what areas needed the most work and even managed to tend to my feet despite being extremely ticklish! The massage left me more relaxed than any other spa treatment I had had before. I will most definitely recommend Belisame Bodyworks to my family and friends and look forward to returning very soon!

My daughter and I were on a girls weekend with one of the highlights being a massage and lunch. When we walked into Belisama, we were warmly welcomed by the staff who went about making sure everything we were hoping for was achieved. It was wonderful and we will most certainly be back next time we are in Saratoga Springs!

This was one of the BEST massages I have received. Shannon was wonderful. She took the time to find out what type of pressure I preferred and we discussed concern area, from this she developed a plan for our session. I get massage regularly, this was one of the most relaxing I have ever experienced. I was so relaxed I felt I was floating on a cloud. The areas of concern felt great when she was finished. Thank you for a fantastic experience. I will be back and I definately will recommend Belisama Bodyworks Massage to others.
